Purchased just 3 months ago and 1 hob is not working properly.

Not good...auto ignition stop working within a month with a blasting sound. Also when you lighten up with lighter and your hands on the knob it gives you little shock. Very very bad experience.

I purchased this recently, thinking Prestige is a brand can deliver quality however got disapointed immidiately post installation. 1. Gas Nozzle need to change because I have gas line and from seller it comes with cylinder compatible gas nozzle. 2. After market service is good. They send technician however to get him I need to pray him saying we havent eat home food since last 7 days as we were shifting. 3. Post he come, he identified the issue as gas nozzles are not compatible with gas pipeline so he started changing and cost me Rs. 650. The way he hammered new gas tabletop assembly the rich look I was imagining before purchasing was fade away as he hammered unproffessionally. 4. During trial post nozzle replacement auto ignition was not happening and then he said there is some issue with central component so let me raise that concern to repair team and get the required spares. Since that day till today we are waiting for him to visit my home to fixt the issue. 5. Quality is good but product is not up to functionality. What we deduce from this - Prestige is average brand dont fall for looks.
