I purchased this portable hand massager due to pain in my hand from texting, typing and lifting my baby. I love the instant relief I get when I use the machine. It is the perfect self care at the end of the night to help relax my body. This hand massager provides a therapeutic experience. The machine is light and easy to use. I love the heat feature making me feel cozy and relaxed. This machine is small allowing for easy storage but does not lack on power. It is also portable and does not need to plug In during use allowing me to use while relaxing on the couch. The massage starts off lighter but the pressure builds. There are 3 different levels to pick from The massager automatically turns off at the end of the massage cycle. You can feel the increased blood flow after the massage. Your hands may be red from the pressure or heat (if turned on) but it goes away quickly. The machine comes with gloves so you can apply your favorite lotion without ruining the fabric. The lotion and heat combination help with absorption leaving you with silky soft skin! The machine must be charged before using and did not work while charging. A green light appeared when the machine was charged and ready. When using the machine you will need to hold the power button for a good 1-2 seconds for it to turn on. Overall a great device for at home self care. Also a great gift idea.

I had been experiencing pain and cramps in my hands due to a previous injury, so I’m always looking for ways to get some relief, and this thing hits the spot. The pressure is just right—not too strong, but definitely enough to loosen up the tension and stiffness. Plus, the heat feature is super soothing and makes it feel like a spa treatment for my hands. It’s super easy to use, and I love that you can adjust the settings to get the perfect massage. It’s quiet, comfortable, and really helps with the pain after a long day of typing or gripping things. If you’ve been thinking about getting a hand massager, I definitely recommend this one!

PROS: * I bought this hand massager for pointer finger pain due to strain from typing at my job. * It can be used at least 4 times in between charges if you let it auto shut off. * It is portable and easy to charge. CONS: * The hand massager is not really a true massager. It works by inflating and deflating with a "heat" ON or OFF option. * In my opinion it squeezes too tight around the wrist and causes my fingers to feel numb at times. I only use it on the lowest setting as I cannot handle it any higher and neither can my husband. We both agree it squeezes way too tight around the wrist. * It does not get hot enough for my liking and the only heat option is either ON or OFF. * It is too expensive ($110 + tax - regularly priced, but I paid $75 - on sale). In my opinion $30-$40 is more appropriate for what it does and the size. OVERALL REVIEW: Overall, I do like the hand massager (3.5/5), but there needs to be improvements by the design team. The heat should have different levels because you can hardly feel the heat when it is on. It would be ideal if it had a shiatsu massage element, especially for the price of $110 plus tax. The inflation system should be able to be targeted to different sections of the hand/wrist. It is either all or nothing with this model. There are 3 levels for pressure, but the first is as high as I can handle because the wrist portion is way too intense. You should be able to turn the wrist portion off for those of use that do not need it.

If I could select no stars, I would. I've had this a little over a month and finally got an opportunity to set it up and charge it. Well it shows a green light but won't turn on. I unplug it and the inficator light automatically turns red. I replug to charge and the light turns urns green instantly! It won't even turn on with green light while plugged in...what? I'm like 6 days past return window so now I have to tangle with Customer Service 😑 So we'll see how this goes. Ok tried calling the Bob and Brad number given in order info. Just rings and rings! Whoever posted the review saying their Customer Service was expediate...I don't know what number you called. So I had Amazon call me. Not that Customer Service Rep was awesome...instant refund and return. Bummer. I really wanted this to work. I have left hand carpet tunnel. 😞

This is a great hand massager! It is not just a simple inflation and deflation mechanism. It is a very well designed massage device that has a perfect massaging motion as it inflates and deflates in different areas. And the heat on it is just right.

I have started using this about a month after surgery that excised a neuroma in my finger (after severely cutting my finger six months ago, severing a nerve, which became a painful neuroma). I am also receiving OT twice a week. The pain in my finger is almost constant, and I am told will last for several months (actually, for up to eight months post-surgery). I had been using a heating pad (my OT recommended heat), which helped somewhat, but this device seems to be more effective. It provides both heat and gentle massage, which does help to lessen the pain. I wondered if it would be worth the money, and I can say that it was. You can adjust the mode, the intensity, and whether or not you want heat. I would recommend it. Five stars.

This was extremely painful on the lowest setting and cut the circulation off in my hand . At one point it captured my hand and felt like it would not let go. I turned the machine off and it took a bit for the machine to decompress and let my hand go. I had my husband try it just in case I was doing it wrong and he had the same issue. I think this machine is dangerous and not at all relaxing I don't know if my machine is just defective or if that is the way the machine is supposed to perform but considering all the glowing reviews I would think I have a defective machine. I will be returning this. Edit: The customer service team reached out to me and they are fantastic. While I was still not comfortable trying this type of machine again, they offered me one of their different types of massage guns and followed up to make sure I was happy.

Ich habe heute das Handmassagegerät pünktlich erhalten. Jetzt zum ersten Mal getestet. Die Schaltung lässt sich einfach bedienen. Die Wärmefunktion ist sehr schnell und angenehm vorhanden. Die Intensität gut zu wählen. Nur bei einem Programm bin ich nicht sicher, ob das so gut ist, denn es klemmt am Handgelenk ganz schön die Blutzufuhr ab und lässt dann wieder los. Ich habe es in der intensiven Variante getestet und fand es unangenehm, aber dafür gibt es ja die 2 schwächeren Modes. Grundsätzlich ist das Gerät sehr angenehm und wohltuend. Mit der Intensität sollten empfindliche Menschen erstmal vorsichtig ran gehen. Positiv ist auch, dass man mehrere Einmalhandschuhe dabei hat, wegen dem schwitzen im Handschuh aus Hygiene Gründen. Ich finde das Produkt zum weiterempfehlen.

Very happy with Hand Massager. My wife uses it and is delighted with it's functions, it's ease of use and charging. She says it's really worked on helping with the pain and swelling she's been sufering with her hands.
