My ageing husband is a total technophobe who hates mobiles.His main gripe is how heavy they are, so we agreed to compromise and try an old school Nokia so that I can keep tabs on him when he is out 😆.Seriously, is more to do with needing to be able to communicate if he has an emergency like car breakdown etc.He is totally happy with this, says it fits in his pocket fine and the couple of times that he has needed it whilst out and about he has been pleasantly surprised at how easy to use and good the reception is.No more going AWOL for him 👍

Phone arrives, box already opened but phone looks untouched. Weird, I purchased brand new, not preowned as new. Whatever, the interior packaging is intact and no sign of prior fingies on it. When turned on, connected, topped up, fully charged, and all the other necessary things you do to ensure a phone is working properly, the handset would not accept incoming calls, would not send outgoing calls. Would not text out at all. Could not or would not receive incoming texts. Sim card checked in a different phone, connects lovely, sends and receives. Back into this handset, shows connected to network but will not do anything that a phone is supposed to do. Inserting headphones and the radio doesn't even work. Cool, dodgy handset, it happens. So, I try to return it and I'm expected to pay tracked return? For a faulty item? Can't deny, I'm a wee bit incensed. 1/10, phone doesn't phone. But, also check another company for a better return policy. Why should you pay to return something that was broken before you got hands on it?

Cheap little phone. Ideal as a backup or for someone who just wants a uncomplicated basic phone. Long battery life.

Basic phone good for purpose of calls and txts, box says it has a charger in it but it does not. I tried to ask the seller but they just came back with a vague answer as to which one. Managed to resolve it as it is the charger most phones use these days.Connection is good as it is 4g, as most these phones are only 2g. Pleased with purchase.

Perfect, exactly what we wanted, basic Nokia that has calls and texts, also alarms, works well.

Come as it daid

The only thing Nokia about this is the name, it is absolutely NOT a Nokia. Without doubt, the worst phone I have ever come across. It is made by someone else and called a Nokia. Everything that was good about basic Nokia phones is missing here, finding anything in the menu is impossible and there is none of the normal intuitive working of a Nokia. None of the features work in the normal way and some don't work at all. Finding where to amend ringtones and message tones is impossible. The buttons don't work properly, you can press three times and on the fourth it might work so writing text messages is horrendous. I never write reviews here, but this is so bad that the more people are informed about how bad this phone is the better. If I could give minus stars on the rating I would have done so. Really, really poor. Avoid at all costs.

Plain simple no fuss phone with excellent battery life, used as a back up for emergency
