Awesome quality!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The dashcam comes well packaged. The video quality is outstanding! The specs say to use a 16-32 GB sd card, I used a 128 GB and it works just fine. It was easy to install and the interface is very user freindly. I drive an F-150 and it covered my rearview mirror perfectly. I needed a dashcam because driving in orlando is out of control and people drive very aggressively, I got this for my work truck to keep people accountable. Great product! Update this product worked as advertised, the cam locked the video when I got into an accident the other day. I kept getting compliments on the video quality from everyone in the company and now they want one of these. This camera saved my Job! The Highway patrol officer watched the video and that was all he needed. he asked me to email it to him to file with his report. The lady that hit me tried to blame the situation on me. Little did she know I had this bad boy in my truck. Highly recommend this product.

❗️WARNING: Crop Issue with Reverse Mode [ISSUE FIXED BY SUPPORT]
8/5/2018There is a reason why they don’t show a picture of the reverse camera in action. When in Dashboard DVR mode, you can see a wider FOV with the reverse cam. Once you put the car in reverse though, the “guides” (which look like they were done in Microsoft Paint) will overlay the video. However, the video is cropped on the top and bottom. So you either have to point the camera down more to see your bumper or you have to tilt it up more to see what you are backing up toward. Based on the behavior, I think the issue is actually with the software on the mirror device and not the camera. The software is changing the aspect ratio and that is why it is cropping the video. They need to maintain the aspect ratio (like what is done in the picture-in-picture (PIP) view). I’m going to try contacting support to see what they say but based on other comments, don't know if I should hold my breath. Maybe I will be pleasantly surprised. If you are looking to get this for the dash cam only, I think it’s OK. If for backing up, you may want to find another product - preferably something that shows an image of what the backup looks like in the product description. Hopefully this will ge fixed because everything else seems solid with this device. If I get a resolution from the seller, I’ll update this review.Added photos. The first one shows the “full view” when looking at the reverse camera in PIP. The 2nd is the reverse mode. Look at the house in the background. In the PIP pic, you see all of it. In the backup mode, it’s cropped (top and bottom). Also note the cheesy fixes backup guide.Update: 08/06/2018Heard back from support. They were very responsive and have found the issue. Their engineer is working on a software fix. Moving this to 3 stars because 1) they were very responsive and 2) everything else is solid with the unit. Once this is fixed, I'll bump it up.Update: 08/09/2018Support sent me a firmware update (actually on 8/7/2018) but I had to order a new card adapter so that I could copy the BIN file to perform the upgrade. The upgrade worked and fixed the issue. Now the entire camera view is shown when going in reverse. Very pleased with their responsiveness. I'm going to order another unit for my other car now.

Impressive
I just got around to putting this thing in my car after a run-in with another maniac driver today.First:The directions are pretty basic. I agree with everyone here who has said to watch a YouTube video if you don’t know how to hide wires. As yes, both the front and rear cameras have wires. The wire from the mirror itself will run to your cigarette lighter. The rear camera wire will run to the mirror. If you want the rear camera to come on when you back up, you also have to connect the little red wire to your reverse light.Install: 2015 Dodge Charger RallyeTime: 45 minutesDifficulty: Moderate, due to wiresModifications: None. Rear camera installed inside of car in rear window without reverse connection. (I have a stock backup camera system. My first impression is that it’s really nice. I have a mirror that is close to the ceiling so, I followed the reviews and hooked he rubber bands onto the top and pulled down to connect to the bottom. Took 2 minutes. Larger than my OEM mirror by a couple of inches. Wire wasn’t much of a big deal to hide because the interior is all black and I installed car radios “back in the day”.The rear camera took a bit longer. I had PLENTY of cable. To get the best view, the camera would have to be mounted up high but I don’t want it to be noticeable. It’s a fixed camera and it would’ve been SUPER if it had a pivot joint. I could have mounted up high for a better view and angled to the middle of the car. I have it hiding between the decal on my rear window and I can see the car behind me. Good enough for now. If you’re putting it on for backup camera usage, you’ll need to get inventive: like most, I would absolutely not drill holes in my car for this and that will take some thinking to get around. Both cameras have a great picture. Use the little blue tool in your box to pop your SD card in and out. I used a 64 GB card rated best and it’s working great. Can’t think of anything else to include. I’ll update the review if anything happens.Manufacturer: please put the rear camera on a swivel mount to make it adjustable! I actually liked how small the adhesive clips are to window mount too. I just don’t want to see the wires hanging. (No way to avoid that in my model car.)
