Arrived on time and great packaging!

After the AC went out at work, which it does frequently, I search Amazon for some way to stay cool in a 93° office. I found this desktop evaporative cooler and thought I'd give it a try. Amazing is what I call it! This little evaporative cooler keeps me cool so I could continue to work without melting at my desk. It is very easy to set up, looks great and doesn't take up too much room on my desk. I purchased the power pack, extra filter and water bottle accessories. Yes, it's a little pricy, but well worth the investment. I plan to use this litte gem for many years to come. I strongly recommend this cooler. 👍👍👍

I brought this filter as a back up August 2024. Now that the weather is getting warm, I off sealed plastic from the manufacturers box, pulled out the filter and it was used. The filter was disgusting! The filter that I was replacing look 10 times better and that needed to be changed!If this has happened to anyone else I would be pleased to start a class action lawsuit.

Usually these filters are great, but the last one that I ordered seems to have less paper in the "wick" part which soaks up the water to the rest of the filter. As a result, my evapolar starts to leak after a few hours. I'll be ordering a new one since I think it's a fluke.

This cooler works very well. You need to replace the cartridge that hold the water for dispersion from time to time to keep the system working at its best. It's well worth it for the comfort this unit affords.It's a very good buy.

Perfect fit for the little unit. I let my son borrow the little unit. When he came to fill it one day, I checked the filter, and it was black! I quickly jumped on Amazon to save the day!

The condition in which this filter came in was not good. It was dusty/dirty. I used a compressed gas duster to clear the debris around the filter prior to replacing the old filter.
