The media could not be loaded. 3rd UPDATE! It's now close to the end of March. The 2nd try after cleaning my ring well prior to applying the gel..IT'S S STILL ON!!!!! Excellent product!!It has not budged. This is several months of dishes, laundry, cleaning, bathing my 5 year old, and myself. Needless to say I'm impressed.UPDATE! AFTER I cleaned my ring well, the acrylic stays. Its been on for over 6 weeks and hasn't budged. Excellent product!The process was pretty easy. I'm still trying to perfect my technique. My first try went well. Save the foam block stickers to reuse the foam on another ring. The gel cures similarly to polygel nail builder. It's very hard once cured though. I found that it had very squared edges where the gel leveled out before curing. I solved this problem with a small metal nail file. It safely smoothed the edges without scraping the ring. It stayed on for about 10 days. It may need better cleaning proor to the application. I will try to clean it really well next time. Im sure that will extend the gels life. It feels better and looks better than the flexible coils or plastic ring sizer. It didn't turn yellow even with showers, bathes, dishes, laundry, hand washing, and cleaning. It doesn't catch on anything either. The price was reasonable. It's very easy to customize the size you want. It works well, I would buy it again! It's not perfect but it saves you losing a ring or not being able to wear your jewelry.

Ive been losing weight and i know that frequent resizing of rings can compromise the integrity of the metal of rings, so instead of resizing it down constantly, i opted for a temporary solution.The squeeze bottle has a twist off lid, and the foam holders work really well, it is a little hard to figure out how deep the ring should be set up prior to the uv resin application- the first swing I over-tightened the ring. I put some boiled water in a thermos and let the ring sit for about 15 minutes, this was enough time to make the uv resin pliable and easy to remove.The second go around was much better, I flipped my ring upside down so the stones were on the bottom and used that as a way to figure out how deep i needed to set my ring up.Second go around, my ring fits perfectly and I'm no longer worried about flinging it off. Only time will tell how long it will last, but I generally remove my jewelry when dealing with water in any capacity.Definitely better than the coils and it doesnt cause my sensory problems like the coils.The bottle of UV resin is enough to resize rings a good amount of times.If you decide to order this, do NOT snip the cap on the bottle, the top twists off and you can re-cap it.

I would give this a zero or less. It is very difficult to use, made a mess and now I have a ring I can't wear until I find out if the UV resin can be removed....spikes pinching my finger. Save yourself a headache!

This whole kit worked fantastic! I was so impressed with how well this was put together for such a tiny little kit. The only problem was that my rings were not big enough for it to be effective. If you need to downsize for like a half size or something this would be ideal. But I just needed a little tiny bit and it just couldn't happen or I couldn't do it. So as much as I loved it and I kept it it's in my craft room, it was not useful to me. But I would definitely recommend it for someone trying to size down their ring more than just a tiny bit.

You most definitely have to leave the UV light on the ring longer than 5 minutes. First of all you can't put the sticky sponge things on your ring while it's on your finger, so you're hoping that you put them in the right place. First time I tried I was still way off on size but it was ok since I had only left it under the light the recommended 5 minutes so the poly pulled right off and was still actually squishy. So the second try I adjusted the sizing, put it back under the light for about an hour, still didn't feel quite solid enough so I literally left it overnight. The next morning it was solid, but of course it was a little too small. No problem! Just took a piece of sand paper and sanded it down to where I needed it. Fits perfectly and haven't had any problems!

This is such a cool product. Pretty easy to use and seems to hold up well. My only complaint is that the edges are a little sharp, probably because I didn't follow the directions and mound it up a bit inside the foam holder. It definitely takes a little practice, and they give you a practice ring, which is nice. I will need to remove the hardened gel when the weather gets warmer and I don't know how that's going to go, but they say you can just run it under hot water and peel it off. Overall very happy with this product.

Between eating better, chemotherapy and radiation I've recently dropped a lot of weight. Whenever I'd wash my hands the water and soap would act as a lubricant for my wedding ring that already wanted to fall off. This keeps it comfortably in place and cost a lot less than resizing my ring.

This product works really well and does what it says.Hihly recommended if you wan to size your ring DIY.
