Substantially good quality.
Everything looked and worked as advertised, seems like substantially good quality. I wish the bands extended further, but I would guess it's similar to other sets like this. The bar is sturdy, as are the wrist/foot/handle grips.

Out of the 4 “portable” exercise products I bought and tried, this one came in at #3, not the worst, but not the best. ( see my other reviews to find the best. ) the second best was less expensive than this one. The best one wa slightly more expensive, and heavier.
