Has a jog feature the don't tell about in the description
What I like about this switch is you can depress the run button half way and it acts like a momentary switch and push it all the way down and it runs normally. Turned out to work perfectly on the machine I installed it on. Cool and useful feature I didn't even know I was getting.

This switch is much tougher than it looks
For an affordable motor switch, these are great. I just bought 2 more as spares, because finally after 3 years on a commercial fishing boat deck exposed to rain, salt, and alaska weather, it's just starting to need a firm press. No tears in silicone button guard. 3 separate contacts engage at the same time so it is suitable for a small 3 phase motor. It has over 3000 on off cycles registered in the soft start memory in the 3 years this switch has been on board. Very happy with the price and longevity in the horrible conditions we use it in.

Mechanical toggle, not a fail safe
Most important to know is that this unit is not a magnetic latcher. This means if power is interrupted, the motor wired to this unit will re-start when power returns. The terminals are switched in pairs and all three sets are switched. So if you are using on 110/220 avoid the temptation of attaching the Earth/Ground to the third set.

This switch requires a special mount
The switch is great. Don't get me wrong. It's positive, easy to use, and did the job great. The difficulty was implementing the switch. That is, putting it to use. It doesn't mount like typical household switches. I'm not sure how to use it, frankly. I think you'd need to cut a hole that fit the switch in a sheet of plywood or something like that. There are no holes in the switch body to screw thru to mount the switch. I was so disappointed. I really tried to make it work. I modified a few electrical boxes trying to make the switch work for me. If you're looking for a switch of this type, make sure it will fit into an electrical box and mount to one before buying it -- or else make sure this is specifically the style switch that you can mount in your application. If someone had pointed this out to me, I would have bought a different switch.

Great switch
I restored a 1950's Delta Rockwell jointer and I put this switch on it and it works great. The only thing I didn't like is that I had to use the pictures for a wiring diagram. Other than that this switch is great.

Not worth saving $4
I sent mine back, first off I’m a diy kinda guy and the directions made no sense. When I got a electrician friend to help. He laughed and said the same. Finally got it connected and didn’t function. Waste of time and money.

Pretty good little switch.
This was a decent switch for the money it turned out to be smaller than I thought it would be which worked out to the advantage of it'll easily fit anywhere.
