I chose this design because of the neat look and the very easy installation with the slot. It is just the right size, exactly 400 ml capacity, cream color, with a thick ABS body. The manufacturer needs to improve the way the lid opens, taking into account all ages and health conditions. I live with chronic pain, my hands hurt, and to open the lid I have to press down really hard on the key to release it, it is very stiff, I use both hands and a cloth to soften the tip of the key. Hopefully after a few openings it will loosen up. The inner bottles are unstable, you need to hold them with your hand until the lid closes. While I was taking the photo, one of the bottles fell and the bottle cap cracked. Also, keep in mind that the bottle caps are not Air Tite, if you lay them horizontally, they will leak. I poured very thick shampoo into one of the bottles, as you can see, the pump dispenses a large amount of liquid in one press. Overall, I like the look, the capacity, it doesn't need to be refilled often; if your hands don't hurt, I recommend it. It takes some getting used to, but that's the case with every new item. But I won't buy this type of dispenser again unless they improve the opening method. PS: I have to say, that after commenting on this product, the Seller contacted me and offered full refund. I've changed rating from 2 to 5 stars because of amazing service. Also, they said that in next 2-3 months they will release new dispensers 300 & 500 ml. Looking forward to that. I need a dispenser for my hand soap. Buy with confidence in case of any problems Seller will resolve it!

I bought this item as our bathroom was having a complete refurbishment this year and this dispenser fitted the bill in keeping bottles out the shower area. Firstly, it looked great and each reservoir has a great capacity. The dispensing mechanisms for shower gel etc was easy to operate and not stiff or requiring effort, so I was surprised when the shampoo dispenser failed after 2 weeks, it was floppy and wouldn't dispense anything at all. My husband who is very handy looked and said the mechanism has just broken and irreparable. Disappointed, but I still had two working chambers so I bought a pump action bottle and placed it on top of the faulty one. Two months on the conditioner dispenser has also failed in the same way. I see other reviews mention the same problem, so clearly a design fault or crappy components and at £36.99 it's not one of the cheaper options on Amazon. So now it's off the wall and I'm back to using individual bottles until I find a longer lasting equivalent. On the plus side the adhesive pad holding this dispenser to the wall is brilliant even though it was right next to the shower, it was actually difficult removing it from the wall and if the mechanism issue was sorted it would be a fantastic product.

Great and easy to put up.

For an 80 Yr old, the spring levers are rather hard to push. Maybe they will ease with use. Apart from that an easy fix job and a great product.

Pobamle wall shower soap dispenser works but feels flimsy. Installation was okay, but soap flow is inconsistent. Decent for the price, but could be more durable.

Looks good in the shower

Worked really great. Easy fit, pumps work really well and bigger size than other unit. But like other people said, the major problem, there are no seals on the lids, so they just fill with water.

Well made, simple installation. Pumps all different types of liquids regardless of their viscosity. Easy to refill. Container and pump parts can be separated for easy cleaning. Had a small problem with one pump after 6 months but seller despatched a twin version so I could swap the component. Great communication and service support.
