These handles are sturdy and seems like they will be durable. I like the large connector that allows use with the 2" tape.

These gate insulators are easy to install and provide easy access when the circuit needs to be broken without shutting down the system.

I am using these for an inside gate of electric to keep the goats away from the regular gate (they will rub on anything and the gate was the only think that didn't have a hot wire on it). They are very functional, however, I miss the part at the end that has some spring action to help tighten and give somewhat. These are just a solid piece without that spring action. They still function properly and work, I just think the gate looks tighter when you have that spring. Overall, for the price and the package of 5, it works great!

Edited Original Review, added 2 stars for 3 total--They do work & function as designed & intended, with spring tension & electrical continuity.BUT....I was initially going to return these as the they "pop" out of the internal spring eliminating the tension effect and breaking the electrical continuity.About 20% of 100+ had this issue with the "eye" end of the handle.Fiddling around with a broken one I discovered with a little time & effect, the rod of the eye end could be carefully centered & reattached to the spring-- Entirely By Feel as you can't see inside the handle.If centered it's like the rod hits a post of some sorts inside the handle, then twist them in multiple twists.With that these work wonderfully, as they should & as they are designed.A little time consuming and Very Frustrating & even a bit disappointing as manufacturing quality control should have caught & addressed this issue.At least I don't have to go through & redo all my work to replace these!Have used this type of handle for many years, these are the First that I have encountered this issue with.

Tried these out and they do exactly what they're supposed to do. They're easy to install, and most importantly keep you from getting zapped at the gates. Handle feels heavy duty, and I see no reason to think I'll need to replace these any time soon.
