You can’t go wrong with Moderna, it is to us and even all our kids, high quality restaurant type pasta you get in a fancy place, for a great price here! We have had fancy organic homemade restaurant pasta, and this brand is even on par with that.Great taste, very smooth, easy to chew and easy to get nice cook/texture, and also none of us had any bad stomach symptoms after eating these like we do with many other brands.

7oz bag provides about two servings if you follow the instructions. Cooks easily, fairly tasty even with minimal sauce/other. Tastes better than the equivalently priced store brands around me (at time of order this was fifty cents for a 7oz bag).If I were to complain, the various varieties of their pasta outside of just their regular spaghetti tend to be small in size. So if you are looking for bigger shells or other types of paste, you might want to look elsewhere.
