needed to replace our clotheslines and opted for this brand. it’s been out there for a few months now. haven’t had any issues and it’s held up to some heavy items.

The product is good. better than the one's I had been buying at walmart. doesn't stretch out like other rope.Problem with this was amazon. My first delivery was an empty package. the picture clearly shows it was empty when the delivery guy dropped it off. I ordered a replacement which came the next day in a full package. I now am being charged for both products and have a double charge on my cc statement. now i am trying to contact amazon but they make it extremely difficult to contact. they probably think i'll just pay. but i don't pay for things i do get

These are great for making rope bowls.

At the start of spring 2025 I hung two clotheslines with cotton rope (nothing bleaches white cotton sheets like the sun). By by fall both clothes lines looked kray-ZEE; stretched out so bad that when I looked out of my upstaurs window at my back yard the two lines practically formed an "O"! The only thing keeping my sheets from dragging on the ground were the strategically placed tall poles.I kept thinking how the clothesline my late mother used (from the house to a tree in the corner of the yard) hardly sagged at all. She probably knew not to use cotton and used nylon, instead... I just never got the word. So I did a quick internet search and learned NYLON clotheslines are "best for clotheslines" because they stretch out the least and that cotton should be avoided altogether.Unfortunately, I bought this nylon rope, and some clothesline tightening devices that will probably require TWO PEOPLE to properly install, too late in the year so I won't be able to definitively report my findings until Spring 2026. However... What I CAN tell you is this nylon rope is about 1/3 thinner than the cotton rope that stretched, which gave me pause. But, in a side-by-side pull-like-heck comparison, this nylon rope barely stretched when pulled, while the cotton rope "gave" A LOT! Explains what's happening in my back yard. So, 4 stars based on that.I'll be back in Spring 2026, after I've re-rigged the two ropes, poles, etc., to let you know how it worked out. If it works well enough, I'll get more rope and rig-up all four hooks between my two yard "T's."
