Works like advertised, it’s been very beneficial

Just received mine today. I charged it and used it on my arm. Easy to use. Just wondering if it is supposed to get really warm. Mine was only slightly warm couldn’t really feel it much.

I have been using this and I do not feel any improvement

I'm really happy how this easy to use device works so well on muscle pain. I hope it lasts for years or maybe I won't even need it in a few months since it works nicely.

I need to return this. The charge cord is too short. The plug receptacle on the body of the unit is loose, so you have to give a little wiggle to get it to charge. Plastic is not solid. Flimsy. Cheaply made.

Entire family, including the dog uses it and it helps.

As a first-time user of a Cold Laser Therapy Device, I'm impressed with the relief it provides. After a long day working on the computer, my neck tends to get sore, and I also have knee pain. Using this device for 10 minutes or more really helps ease the discomfort. The built-in timer is a nice feature, as it shuts off automatically when the session is done. Overall, very happy with it
