Great Product for a Great Price
Easy to assemble. Good solid and sturdy product. A little hard to fold, but like that it can be stored when necessary without taking up too much space. Quiet during use. Love it! Only wish I had ordered the stability bar. ❤️

Quiet, Easy to open and close
I was looking for a 48" trampoline with no handle that I could easily fold and transport in my small car. This one is absolutely perfect! It came fully assembled and just needed unfolding and the legs screwed on so in only a minute or two we were already bouncing in the living room. (I'm 5'5"-- if I was taller I might hit my head on our low ceilings.) Most reviews do not talk about the ease of folding and unfolding by yourself but this one is definitely manageable solo. There is a Youtube video you can watch demonstrating how to fold it which I found helpful because it was intimidating the first time. Warning-- don't use the QR code in the manual- it takes you to an unsecured Chinese site that was rejected by my Iphone! Just go straight to their YouTube link instead. This trampoline is too firm for doing a knee drop unfortunately but it's otherwise a nice slow comfortable bounce and the springs make hardly any noise. The legs are spaced so that you can technically fold it without removing them, though it doesn't fold very far that way. Removing the four legs by the hinges allows it to fold further (as in the photo). I love that it can also close hinge-to-hinge like a pac-man to 1/4 its size so you could even fit it back into the box it came in if you wanted. I also like that it comes with plastic caps to keep the thread protected when the legs are removed. This little trampoline will be super easy to transport and store and I can't believe the value for the price. I saw the reviews mentioning that the spring straps can tear so I'll report back if I have any issues with that but they look pretty well reinforced so far.

Excellent starter trampoline, but not quite durable enough for committed rebounding enthusiasts
I bought this trampoline shortly before local COVID-19 stay-at-home orders began since I wanted to see if rebounding would be enjoyable exercise for me, and I wanted to be able to exercise indoors if needed. I easily set up the trampoline and began using it daily. I discovered that I enjoyed rebounding for up to an hour per day and experienced significant improvement in my cardiovascular health and some fat loss. I noticed that the rubber leg covers began to wear down over time, especially if I used the trampoline on uneven surfaces such as a gravel driveway, but I easily found 1" rubber leg cover replacements on Amazon. The mat, springs, and legs remained remarkably durable until one day two of the springs broke after an estimated 800,000 bounces over three months. I contacted BCAN's excellent customer service using the "Contact Us" QR Code on the card attached to the trampoline to report the broken springs, and I accepted BCAN's offer of a full refund of my purchase price while keeping my existing trampoline. The trampoline is still safe to use despite the two broken springs, but I plan to purchase something that can handle many more bounces over time, now that I know how much I enjoy rebounding.

I like the trampoline and Kudos for their customer service
I'm happy with this trampoline! The size is perfect for working out freely. Initially, I had an issue with the cover, but the manufacturer was super responsive and fixed the problem quickly. Great customer service and a solid product. stars

Finally found a great, sturdy rebounder!
I bought this rebounder to replace my old one, which was a bungee style and was gloriously quiet but the stupid thing was so poorly constructed that the straps kept breaking and I got so fed up trying to fix them. This trampoline, with metal springs, is a few inches larger than my previous one and has a really great bounce to it. Not too firm, and not saggy or flimsy. Easy to set up. Only the slightest bit noisier than my previous rebounder. This has held up perfectly to almost daily use. Rebounding is a great calorie burner, feels good, is easy on the joints, and I’ve heard has many various benefits. I simply lean it against a wall when not in use. I can highly recommend this trampoline to last a long time and do what you need it to do.

Broke for the SECOND TIME
I never write reviews. Like NEVER. But this time I felt I had to write one, and I hope the company BCAN reads it and responds in a satisfactory manner. My son is 14 and on the autism spectrum. He doesn't just need a trampoline like this for some exercise (especially in the winter months), but he literally NEEDS this movement because of his diagnosis. Not to get too deep into it, but this bouncing movement is calming and appealing to kids on the autism spectrum. The basics about the product: seems to be very sturdy and well built. Assembly and or setup is a breeze. But for the second time now, the loop at the end of the steel spring that connects to the steel triangular piece that loops into the fabric of the platform has completely broken. My son is only 115 lbs., well under the weight limit for the product. The steel triangular connections have also broken. Not ever one, but enough to make the trampoline unusable. And we only purchased this product about 8-10 months ago. This is the SECOND time we've purchased the product. At least the first time it lasted about 2 years before these problems arose, and I just figured some of the parts were slightly defective and over time just failed. I think I read another review of a woman saying her daughter (who is 105 lbs) had a similar problem. I even made sure each of these connections were perfectly centered on setup (as per the directions). I don't know why this happened so quickly this time, as again my son isn't even very big for his age. I would just walk away from this and not even post a negative review, but he really needs this bouncing motion each day. And after the second time, I really feel like I'm getting ripped off. If anyone from BCAN can reply or help, it would be very appreciated. Hopefully they read this.

Fun to use
I am very pleased with this. I'm on the older side and appreciated how easy it was to assemble. I wanted a stable surface and a larger size to help me feel secure. It offers a sturdy, quite bounce.

Easy to assemble, seems sturdy after about a week or so of daily use. Shipped much faster than estimated.

Excellent quality! It comes already assembled. Love it! Revised: 3 springs already broke making bouncing imposible.

Doesn't take up too much room, very firm bounce. Came pre-assembled which I very much appreciated. It is also foldable for easy storage. Would give 5 stars, but it squeaks when I bounce on it now.

easy to set up but doesn't have the same rebound as a 4 ft. rebounder which i think is the ideal size for the house.

My son used the trampoline for 2 weeks daily for about 1-2 hours each day and then a seam broke so we had to return the product. I had high expectations based on reviews.
