Gift for my daughter who loves tea! Looks exactly as shown. Very easy to use and clean! Held a nice amount of y of tea and was fun to use! Seems very well built!

I’ve been using this consistently for a few days now and it’s made life so much easier. I love buying unbagged Tea but always find it a pain to get it steeped. it’s also a family owned business who is working to provide care for their son with leukemia. The pot doesn’t work so when I poured the hot water into the pitcher, I drained down right away ……. I just don’t want to go to the post office to send it back….. Jusf don’t have time for it

Really good a steeping the tea and not getting dregs into the tea itself. Only issue is that the stopper tends to leak after using it regularly.

Excellent product but extremely too small it can’t even make a simple cup of tea with it
