Great immune support!
Helped ease my seasonal allergy symptoms, opened up my sinuses, eased my respiratory so that breathing is much fuller and I've not had sniffles or caught any colds. This is a little bit pricey compared with a plain old bottle of vitamin C, but this is SO WORTH IT!

Easy pills to swallow. pleased with my progress
I like this product. I saw good reviews on amazon and had to try it for myself. I noticed after a week I had a bit more energy and was able to sleep better. We all suffer from vitamin D deficiency on the east coast in the cooler months, so started supplementing this when I had energy and mood issues. I have been taking it for more than a month now, and I had my annual physical the other week and my D and zinc levels were in optimal ranges! glad to hear. I recommend. elderberry is really good for you too! great additive.

Works Great!
I LOVE this stuff. Anytime one of my family members even start to feel icky, we start taking these before bed and it wards off any sickness we may feel. The pills are a little large for kids, but my 13 year old takes them with no issue
