My husband loves this, and oh my goodness it smells absolutely amazing

I bought this after being intrigued by 'beard butter' as I have always used oils or balms. I have along beard that's mainly grey now, and I use a heated brush when I can be bothered haha. I must say I am very impressed with how the butter makes the beard feel, and the smell is great. Balm on a long beard can make it feel like it's held in a shape too firmly, and oil makes it feel too fly away....but the butter is just right (think Goldilocks porridge).. and you don't need a lot. The price is cheaper than buying from their website so that's a win too. Definitely will buy more.

First tub of mo bros I was unsure of. Feeling more like a moisturiser for my beard. But instantly made my beard feel good. Keeps it under control and soft without any greasy feeling or weight. Few other reviews here commented on how good the “black” edition smells. And let me tell you, they were all underselling it. It smells bloody fantastic, epic even. Matches my boss night fragrance well and smells super clean. Cannot recommend enough.

Lovely light texture and easy to apply. Scent not as strong as I would've hoped, but pleasant, so the same. Good size for the price and great quality..... would recommend !!

Exactly what I was after. A smooth paste that is easy to apply, with a light aroma. Doesn’t control my wirey beard hairs quite as well as I’d hoped, but after trying several beard pastes, oils & waxes, this one is the best mix of ease of application vs hold.

Smells of cologne which is nice thought can be a bit much if I’m not wanting to smell of cologne - the scent is good strength though if you do. It has a thick cream texture, it’s pretty moisturising but not thick enough to hold as needed compared to other beard balms. This is more for softening the beard rather than holding the shape I assume as it’s a butter rather than a balm. I love that it’s vegan and cruelty free with minimal natural ingredients. I give one star as I opened this June 2025 and have been using pretty regularly, I had a mini break to use a different brand but recently Jan 2026 I used it again and it has already expired when it says it lasts 12m after opening - it smelt awful and made my skin burn I had to wipe it off. The lid was kept in tact and I don’t leave it under sunlight. I threw it away and messaged amazon and the seller Mo Bros - unfortunately I have not been offered a refund due to being 8 months yet this isn’t my fault if it’s expired too early. Hopefully just issue with the batch but frustrating and a waste for the price.

Love the Mo Bro products, their Beard Butter, is perfect to coat your beard with in the morning. To get rid of the fuzz in the morning. Just take a pea size amount and rub into you hands before running into the your beard. Has a nice matt finish with no stickiness. And smells amazing for a good few hours. Would have liked the aroma to stay for longer.
