Pretty, soft yarn
Hey y’all, I love to crochet, it is what keeps me sane! When I saw this yarn by a well known yarn company, I had to try it. It comes packaged two skeins per package. It is listed as Medium 4 but it feels and crochets like a 3 yarn to me. I had to add two additional rows to my hat pattern I made from it to get to the correct hat size. When I first opened the package, I wasn’t impressed with the colors. However, after crocheting a hat, I think the colors are subtly beautiful with gradual changes in color. Just looking at the end of the skein does not show how nice it turns out in a project. On the darker part of the yarn, I had some difficulty locating the stitches because of the texture of the yarn but once I continued to crochet the hat, it became easier to use. The skein/roll has 649 yards, which is enough for me to crochet three hats. The materials in the yarn are polyester, acrylic, nylon, and spandex. It is machine washable and instructs to lay flat to dry. I think the hat turned out great - what do y’all think? I am pleased with this yarn.

Pretty varigation, fuzzy texture
Received two full size cakes of Caron Colorama Haze Daydream. The yarn is a thin thread that has a fuzzy, somewhat uneven texture. It feels similar to wool. I'm making a wrap and using a 7.0mm crochet hook and it's working up quite fast. The project has a fair amount of stretch to it, so I think it is especially suitable for garment projects where that is desired. I have used some fuzzy yarns in the past that pill up and start to felt as I'm working with them, but that hasn't been my experience with this yarn. I couldn't decide on a stitch so I ripped this apart and started over 5 times and it didn't affect the way the yarn looks or handles. I will say that intricate lacey patterns kind of get lost, simple stitches are probably best to showcase the pretty variegation and unique texture.

Knits thick and fuzzy
This yarn has a bit of a spring in its step. The strand itself is extremely fuzzy, so it knits up with a lot of fluff to it.I knit a textured pattern as my test square and was impressed by how plush the result were using a large 8.0 mm needle. While my test patch may appear dark, the color changes within the skein covers a wide range of shades and hues, across an earthy palette.I will add that I find this very easy to knit.Despite the extra fluffiness, I have no problem catching and dropping threads as I go and it is easy on my skin.I am quite impressed with how fuzzy and fluffy this yarn is.I can see this working for a wide range of projects including clothes, accessories, and stuffed animals. If you like the look of this Caron Colorama Haze Daydream, I would definitely consider picking up a two pack for knit or crochet work.

So soft! Works great in circular knitting machines
I love the softness of this yarn. The Daydream color is an interesting combination of soft greens, peach and grey hues, all transitioning from one color to the next in a smooth gradient. Such beautiful yarn! But the best part, it works well with my Sentro and Addi machines. I did not see any dropped stitches or tension problems. Just runs smooth. I can't wait to get my hands on other colors in this line of brand.

Fuzzy yarn
The yarn is fuzzy but it's actually quite small and very fragile. It's very easy to break with just your hands. It worked well in a round knitting machine and made a very lovely hat. The fabric this yarn created is soft and fluffy and really nice. Despite being such a small thread in the middle the fuzziness fills in the gaps and creates what I assume they mean by the felted affect. It's nice. The color is weird in the photos. It looks more homogeneous but in person there is more variety, some greens, grays, warmer tones. It's not bad it's actually quite pretty but it doesn't quite look like the photos and it's not a dye lot issue.

Pretty Yarn. Very Fuzzy. 649yd per skein.
One thing they don't tell you in the description is the length, which I think is very important. There are 649yd/593m per cake/skein. I haven't knitted with this yet, but it seems to be nice, there's going to be a haze since it's meant to be fuzzy. The colors are very subtle, and I'm happy with this. 2 should be plenty to do a lot with.
