We are redoing a very long driveway that had been lined with pine trees for over 50 years. A bad storm wiped out a lot of the trees and others keeps falling so we tore out most of the rest of them. It’s very hot and sandy, but I decided to try to plant a patch of these flowers and I am just loving them! There are too many shades of colors to mention, but I must say that I just love them! I did a very narrow long path, about 4-6’ wide and just tossed them by hand. Planted in early May and they are putting on a show now in Early July! I think that I am going to buy another package and plant some more and hope they bloom by September.The photo isn’t very good, I will see if I can get a better one later!

The picture is two bags in our small flower bed with fresh dirt. Great germination and thick flower density. Brought in hummingbirds and bees.

I hate cutting the grass, and our township will send a fine if the grass is over four inches long. But wildflowers are allowed to be as tall as they want. Tarp the grass over winter or till it to create a dirt canvas. Heavily sprinkle these seeds all over. Lightly rake them in, or softly step over them to press them in. Add a white fairy fence around the perimeter. These seeds often start sprouting only a few days after I spread them. Then they give me beautiful, vibrant flowers all summer long.

Impressed with the seed amount. Won’t know until next spring if plants grow

Planted per directions and water per directions not a single seed bloomed. Very disappointing

Very disappointed in the lack of flowers. Lots of filler seed that looked nothing like the picture on Amazon ad. For my pollinator garden next year -we won’t include these.

Beautiful prairie flowers. No red or pinks. Some blues and whites.
