Braunschweiger Liver Sausage (8 units @ 10 oz)

We are from Germany and grew up eating Leberwurst, but because we are also SDA we don't eat pork. It's impossible to find many sausage products that don't have pork mixed in- until now! Definitely worth the cost, shipping was fast, product is high quality and most importantly, it's delicious! My German mother is delighted and gives it to two thumbs up. Will repurchase for sure!

If you love Braunschweiger you will not be disappointed. All organic grass-fed beef, 100%. And so tasty! Reminds me of the Braunschweiger my grandparents used to buy back in the 1960s in Kansas City. Shipment was super fast, had in 3 days! Will most definitely purchase again. Can't eat it all at one time so freeze and eat a little at a time. Works great!

That it’s expensive.. that it’s hard to find.. that it’s not available locally

The product arrived poorly packaged and with minimal attempt to keep the meat fresh. I met the FedEx delivery person at the door, so it was immediately brought into the house. When I opened the box, I anticipated a problem because the ice-bags were melted, and they were separated from the product by insulating paper. A food probe inserted into the meat indicated a temperature of 91*F.Customer service has been completely non-responsive. They do have a person answering the phone, but her solution is to transfer your call to a voice mail. No one ever calls back. They obviously don’t care since they’ve already got my money.I’ve had to go to AMEX to dispute the charge. So much for this business trying to pass itself off as the ethical, regenerative, stewards of the land. What other corners are they cutting?

Want the benefits of eating liver but just can’t handle the stuff as a solo dish? Here is the most delicious solution! This is grass fed for the animal’s lifetime, no pork added. No fillers. The texture and taste is excellent. I appreciate that they found a way to well insulate the box without the use of styrofoam, pack it up with ice packs and that even on a 100 degree summer day, it arrived with the ice packs still frozen and the food in perfect shape. This is the real deal. I will order from them again.

we use the liver sausage to hold pills for our dog and the packages were very stiff and hard to use they also only lasted about 3 days as the merrell brand not only lasted 7 days but were also cheaper
