The phone arrived in good packaging, it was not damaged in any way. Worked well. Connected easily using the wires obtained. The speaker also works and so does the caller ID. It looks as it is in the image, the glass buttons and the colour is the same. it has all the features mentioned and the battery life is good, it recharges easily once left on the dock. it is black and silver as the images show, perfect for the kitchen and also the room. it can do call blocking, where you can silence it and the call doesn't affect you.

I have always liked Vtech phones and now that I getting older this one with large display text on the screen makes life a bit easier because I can read the Caller ID and directory easily and ot struggle just to make sure I'm dialing the correct number and keeping track of who is calling me. The price point was very good for a phone with so many features and such easy setup and use, volume adjustments are simple and have a wide range so ringer volume and message playback don't have to blast your ears each time.

The phone itself is a good product but they only sell it individually, 2 and I think 4...I only needed 3 so I bought 1 and 2...the only thing is that 1 would not connect with the other 2(exact phones)I returned them

Works effectively; audio is kind of tinny, but how can you anticipate that?

Very satisfied with this phone. Volume on both handsets is perfect. Those I speak with hear me perfectly well, Battery life appears perfect. The ring tone is just right. This is attached to my old fashioned hard wired land line and works well with it. I am not using it for any of the fancy bells and whistles - just placing and receiving calls, screening calls, and listening to voice mails. For my purposes, this works well.
