We did buy some more weight to try and minimize moving between smith machine and the cable machine constantly. But the weights on the cable machine do not interfere with the smith machine which is a common issue in most of these and the original one of these. We do have the version 2.0/pro. Smith machine is super smooth. Cable machine is great. I do not see how you could make a better machine for the money than this. Do your research if you are looking at the mikolos or other racks. This will not disappoint. I can't think of one thing to complain about. Assembly took me about 2-3 hours or so by myself. Came in about 7 really heavy boxes so I brought it in once piece at a time. Shipping absolutely SUCKED! It said 3 boxes that ended up being over 7 different boxes that came from like 4 different places lol. Poorly packaged. Received items that were damaged. Had broken welds on a piece. Reached out to customer service they did fix the problem with those parts. However even the replacement parts came in boxes that were super thin. Overall it will work for a home gym set up at the sale price point. They also have other add-ons like the 1:1 ratio that I’ve added. Along with the leg press plate that attaches to the smith bar not pictured. Just be aware to check any and every part and report it all to customer service.
