Fast response, good value
This responds much quicker to motion than the several PIR based motion sensors I have.. can't comment much on the ability to detect breathing yet, haven't had it long enough.

cheaper budget, comes with kinks ( not the good ones)
So far the best of MMW presence sensors I have purchased other than the highly priced ones on the market. But in my experience they are easily interfered with near major home appliances. My kitchen will kill a smart home a device with a vengeance. but i have them integrated into HomeKit through a matter/ ZigBee hub and Smartlife app mostly dependable, mostly. anything that moves with trigger it ANYTHING

Fast Response & Integrates with every platform easily.
Home Assistant works PERFECTLY with this device... I really don't understand what the other review on here is complaining about for home assistant, everything shows up, and it reacts incredibly fast. It's also by far the most affordable option for this type of sensor. However, the ONLY downside with this... the USB PORT IS ON THE SIDE OF THE DEVICE so if you mount it on your wall you'll see a honkin usb cable awkwardly sticking out from it every time you look at it. Other than that one defect, it's amazing.

Just Plain Awesome
This is an awesome device. I am completely impressed by it's function and the number of features available for what I paid. Shortly after installing it and exploring it's capabilities, I promptly ordered another. I expect to order one or possibly two more in the very near future. It's a great addition to the Smart Life app.

Not working as expected
I’ve been using a motion sensor and based on my research, a presence sensor should be more responsive. So far, I’ve found this to be less responsive, and does not detect presence as expected. I’ve attempted to tweak the settings, but I prefer something that works well out of the box, rather than having to spend so much time getting to work as well as my motion sensor. Likely will be returned.

Died after 2 months of use
Cons:1. Attached photo is a webapp I coded specifically to evaluate the accuracy of this device. The graph shows total occupancy for each hour of the day. The portions I highlighted are false-positive presence detections spanning 5 hours and 20 minutes for the first block, and 1 hour and 22 minutes for the second detection. During that time, no one was in the room. This is a common, daily occurrence, and despite many attempts to tweak the detection configuration I've had no luck in addressing the problem. The room where I'm using the device is small, and there is absolutely nothing moving or happening in the space when no one is in it. It should be a perfect candidate for ideal results with this device, and yet I've had a lot of false-positives every single day.I've used run-of-the-mill PIR sensor modules that have a better accuracy than this device and those only costed around 50-75 cents per module, but I really didn't want to have to build my own IoT implementation of something this simple.2. Integrating with home assistant, or anything else as far as I can tell, requires that you create an account with yet another third-party application. I would have preferred the ability to integrate locally rather than through a cloud-hosted service that might not still exist in 10 years.Pros:1. I was able to integrate this with home assistant, and that integration appears to work well with acceptable latency on events.2. Small, I like the size and minimalist design.3. Easy to install.Notes:Since it's not mentioned anywhere in the product description, the app you need for setting up the device is either "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life - Smart Living". I don't know or care why, but both apps seem to require an account with the same online service, both look identical once you open the app, and the setup process and configuration options are identical in both apps.Looking into why there are two identical apps, I see Smart Life - Smart Living is produced by Volcano Technology Limited, and Tuya Smart is produced by Tuya Smart Inc. Looking online, I see Volcano Technology Limited is a Chinese tech company that Tuya has recently partnered with to "enhance their AI integrations" in their products. Likely related to the duplicate apps, but I'm not sure of the details.

Keep lights on even when still. Detailed radar detection customization. OK smart action support.
I'm using this radar presence detector in the kitchen and the amount of customization is the best of the several I've had. Unlike simpler PIR light switches, this won't turn lights off when someone is in the kitchen standing still. I use smart actions to turn light on full brightness during the day, and dim at night. Familiarity with smart actions is necessary to set this up to control a light (as well as a smart bulb/plug).Smart actions can trigger based on presence or vacancy (with optional settable delay), illumination level in room, or a more detailed state (no presence, stationary presence, small movements, large movements). Smart actions can't configure anything anymore after some update.Illumination sensor is useful for smart actions to adjust lighting to complement outside light. It is sensitive, detecting even just the glow of a monitor in a dark room.Radar allows detailed configuration to fine-tune proper detection. It first waits for large movement before it considers there to be presence, then enables detection of small movements and motionless occupation. If these aren't present for a settable time, status switches back to no presence. Each type of movement (large, small, stationary) has a settable distance and sensitivity. There are presets for various room types, and main device page shows current detection type which helps a LOT when fine-tuning them, to know what type of motion it's detecting.Tuya/Smart Life app support is good, and important because so many other devices use this app platform so this can control those devices.
