This is a great ball for high energy dogs.
I have a Belgian Malinois, so you can imagine the Maligator jaws. Just opened this today and let her play with it indoors. She LOVES IT. It wore her out and it’s a toy she can really stay focused on without needing me to throw or roll for her. It moves on its own! I supervised her play. I was hoping it was too big to get under the couch, but no. It goes right under it. I had to block off the gap so I didn’t have to keep getting it out from under for her. The outter “shell” is very durable! When she had resting moments, she chewed it pretty good - I could hear the material squeaking against her teeth. I was worried she was tearing it up, but nope! Not a mark on it. It’s easy to set up and operate. It needed charging before play. After hours of play, she was able to somehow unscrew the outter shell. This concerned me bc the smaller, inner ball mechanism came out but I saw it right away and was able to put it back together. So, make sure it’s screwed together tightly (which I thought I had done without breaking it) and check it from time to time to make sure it hasn’t loosened. This is a great ball for her incredible high energy drive. It gives her the work and fun play she needs to get tired, which I love. This toy is on the expensive end, but so far it’s worth it. Now we’ll see how long it lasts!

Best One I could find & it survived 2 months of testing
I have a 65 pound Aussie, SOUL and a 50 pound Belgian Malinois Shepherd mix, WILLOW who crave activity. Willow has a very high prey instinct and Soul is very curious and smart. I purchased 5 different bouncing balls to test and this is the only one that survived. I will say the cheeper plastic ones had far more action and one even had lights and music but they didn't even last one day. Size matters. The first & 2nd balls really engaged them but were too small. They had a lot of action and roll, constant movement. But, one bite stopped the party! I wish they made these larger. The third ball required batteries and it was by far their favorite with lights and music but the rubber nibs used to protect the plastic body fell off on the first run. I put them back on but they continued to fall off. The dogs cracked the body. I rubber banded it together but it just couldn't hold up. The fourth ball is similar to this one but it has a large recessed button to power on and change modes. I like it better because I don't have to unscrew it to charge it or power the modes. Unfortunately, my Aussie was able to bite the button off. I always supervise their play but Soul is the master of destroying the most advertised indestructible toys, especially if they have squeakers. So even though the playability function of this ball is less exciting, it is the most durable and a good size. I just wish they could ramp up the movement modes.

Great Interactive Option
To start, I have been very happy with this purchase. A couple of key points for me are durability and being able to keep my dog's attention. I have had it for almost a year, just a month shy, and she hasn't managed to get through the foam outer shell even though she tries real hard to do so. Let's just say, she's hard to find toys for because of her habit of finding the point of failure where she can pick and gnaw at until the toy is no longer safe for her to have. With this toy, she not only found her match, but it also has her watching, waiting, and even stalking. Only one small issue has recently occurred: the motor has started having an issue where the charge doesn't hold, and it doesn't remain on afterwards. I have reached out to Cheerble directly to see about replacing it since I am still within their 12-month timeframe, and they responded right away.

Fun but destroyable
My husky unscrewed it and destroyed the central vibrating orb within the first few minutes. I found out later, when my wife told me, that he took it out of her sight. Very fun while it lasted, but it needs to be watched while played with. I will say that the shell, while missing a few chunks, seemed fairly durable, and even as it was bouncing and I was still in the room, my dogs really liked it.

Finally, Something Else to Chase (Sometimes)
My Australian Shepherd likes this ball, but to be fair, he likes pretty much any ball. That said, he does seem to play independently with this one more than he would with a regular ball, which is a nice bonus. It hasn’t completely replaced his favorite activity of pestering me to throw a ball for hours on end, but it does help keep him entertained for short periods. The ball is easy to charge, easy to clean, and feels well made. It is a little pricey for a dog toy, but I like that the outer shell can be replaced if it gets worn out. That makes the cost feel a bit more reasonable in the long run. Overall, both my dog and I are happy with it, and I’d recommend it for dogs that enjoy chasing and interactive play.

Not for my pup
The ball itself is great quality, when I first opened it, I couldn’t even find the seem where the ball splits but unfortunately that as good as it got for me at least. I tried it out, I have a very energetic dog and I wanted to try some interactive toys so I decided to give this a try. Tot got here within a few hours which was great but the playing only lasted half of that. It wasn’t loud but it did have some noise to it, the problem I ran into though was the fact that it barely moved. I p it bit on the highest setting and it basically just vibrated. Considering the price of the toy I was hoping for a little more than that. She’d use it like a normal ball but the features I paid extra for was useless. I’d rather just get a tennis ball and save the money.

Great ball for limited entertainment. Replaceable outer shell is an amazing option!
Bought this for our 45lb, ball-obsessed Dutch shepherd/pit bull dog mix. I had one of these years ago with the hard shell and couldn’t be happier with the new foam shell. The new foam shell is much quieter and while our dog might put holes in it with his teeth, he doesn’t seem to ever pull pieces off. For engagement level, he found it VERY interesting at first and was scared to grab it, but once he got over that he started holding it in his mouth even when it shakes and just tries to keep it. Isn’t the best for fetch or anything as he has trouble letting it go when it is actively moving, but it makes him happy while he has it. We just make sure to monitor him while it is out. The ability to change the outer shell and just buy a replacement for the shell instead of a whole new toy is a lovely feature that makes me very happy to continue buying from this company.

Great interactive toy for energetic pups
Best interactive toy we got, our pup loves it. Very little noice compared to the other similar products and the external shell is great as she tends to chew. Very happy with the product.

Moves but not much
It moves, but not very much. Either I got a dud one or the movement is somewhat less than advertised. Yes it moves maybe about 3m and then stops and it bounces but only about 1cm off the ground at most. My dog is a Kelpie and this did not move as much as the advertising suggested in my opinion and she took one look at it picked it up and it could shake all it liked, she just carried it around and ignored it trying to move in her mouth. She got bored off it super quick, and it took along time when I put it on charge to say it was charged even though it was straight out of the box.

Good quality
Good quality dog toy, but be warned that it requires that you already have the inner motor part!
