Worth a try
I am not an expert on the science behind these, but read a few articles confirming some of the ingredients help with calmness and concentration. I think they actually work for me. I noticed pretty quickly a difference and I now have these on subscription and use them around 4/5 days a week.

Appear effective
Have used this product for a good few months now. Although difficult to personally measure, i rather think my mental acuity and memory are improved. No side effects for me and i find v easy to swallow
