I honestly believe these are helping me with mobility and pain relief.

Looking at the content, I see each tablet contains 100 micrograms of vitamin D3 which is equivalent to 4,000 IU. If you took the suggested two capsules each day, 8,000 IU would be far, far above any recommended dosage of D3, especially without supplemental K2 so risking calcification of soft tissues. While the other contents may be beneficial, I would steer clear of this combination unless you knew you were seriously deficient in vitamin D3 and knew the risks of higher dossages.

This is 1 to 2 months supply. It comes in a pouch that contains 60 small to medium sized capsules wrapped in a cellulose shell. I'm never a fan of supplements that come in pouches as they can't be recycled and it also makes retrieving the contents harder. This is quite an expensive supplement but it contains a lot of well known ingredients to keep your joints flexible so from this point of view it's very convenient in that you don't have to take all the supplements seperately.

These capsules each contain that amount and they recommend taking 2 a day! So you don't need to be a mathematician to see that the recommended dosage here is WAY in excess of the Vitamin D3 you should be taking. You can Google the potential risks of taking too much Vitamin D. Vitamin K can work alongside Vitamin D to help balance the effect but these capsules appear not to contain any Vitamin K. On top of that these capsules seem very expensive compared to similar. You get just a 30 day supply based on 2 a day. Ok, these aren't all about the Vitamin D3, they also contain other ingredients known for their health giving benefits, such as Turmeric and the other ingredients included. The capsules are easy to swallow and have zero taste or aftertaste. For me the Vitamin D3 content is way too high to take 2 a day so I've been going with one. So far it's too early to tell what, if any benefits I'll gain from taking these. For example my shoulder joint pain hasn't ebbed but I'll keep going until I've used these up.

Sometimes it is not entirely clear with supplements what the contents are. These are sold as "FlexIT" Food Supplements that are good for Joints, Heart and Weight. When I looked at the back of the packaging, aside from the various other misc ingredients it appears that the main 3 elements included (that I recognise) are Tumeric, Ginger and Vitam D3. All of these are things I tend to take regularly, so it's a good combo for me, I would say they are good for Joints and our Heart, but I am not sure where the weight comes into it. They are made in the UK, which is always nice to see but at £21 for one to two months supply I would not say I am chomping at the bit to buy them again.

Initial look at the packaging is quite good good information 60 capsules clear directions ingredients however on reading the directions you have to take twice a day and wanted to if you taken two you’ve got a month supply if you’re taking the four meals to morning to afternoon makes this quite expensive at £30 for 60 that would be £45 for the month and you still have to speak to a healthcare professional before taking I found them easy to take and swallow no side-effects for me no real aroma or aftertaste early days on the effects only time will tell
