Since starting DIM my period cramps have reduced significantly and I don't get the clockwork breakouts on the lower half of my face anymore. These supplements in particular are easy to swallow and I never noticed any issues with stomach upset or other negative side effects. No weird taste. Having the addition of BioPerine is a great bonus since that aids absorption. So if you're looking to add a DIM supplement, this is a solid option!
