Purchased this feeder for a specific situation - I have two cats - a boy and a girl - with different eating habits. My boy does not overeat, so I can safely leave food for him all day. My girl will eat constantly if food is available and gains weight quickly. Therefore, food for the boy is on top of the refrigerator - he easily jumps there. The girl cannot jump there, but she also needs to be fed when I am not home. This device completely solved the problem - now I can control her portions and feeding schedule. Feeder exceeded all expectations. Can control feeding manually or set automatic schedule. Feeding schedule executes precisely on time. App is convenient and user-friendly. Device is reliable, works with either power outlet or batteries. Particularly important - it works with local storage via SD card. Other models require mandatory subscription to cloud services, which did not suit me. There are very few models with local storage on the market. With SD card I get full control over monitoring. Can watch live video 24/7 or review recordings at any time. Motion sensor automatically records video when cats approach or walk nearby. Can also talk to them live or use pre-recorded voice messages. This is very convenient - you are not dependent on anyone, everything works autonomously. What also impressed me - some time after purchase, the manufacturer contacted me themselves to check if everything works properly. This is the first time I have encountered such a proactive approach to customers. Company truly cares about customers and product quality. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I am very pleased with the feeder. We purchased this feeder before a vacation and have used it for 5 months without any issues. I have owned 2 other feeders in the past and this is the only one that has worked as advertised. It was easy to set-up. It has good stability and substantial weight to prevent tipping. It is a great aid for cat health because I can set the number of feedings and the quantity of food to be dispensed. I appreciate the battery back up in the event of a power failure while I am away. I can also check in by video while I am away. I strongly recommend this product if you have had other products fail in the past.

This really came in handy when I had to be away from my fur babies for the day. I do wish it dispensed a bit more food at a time but you can push it more than once. It has online access which is really neat AND Convenient. It can hang on the wall. It's size is good and can also sit on a counter top or the floor, it holds a good amount of food as well. It keeps the food clean and dry and mold free for the health of the pets. its pretty quiet when dispensing and very sturdy. It has a cord so no need for batteries.

I've owned this feeder for a couple of months now. I replaced a failing auto feeder that would keep dumping food and was a pain to program. I got this feeder because it has an app that allows you to program and change the settings from the phone instead of getting on the floor and endlessly pushing buttons on the feeder. The app it uses is one I already had on my phone to control my smart plugs so very easy to get started. Setup and programming was a breeze using the app. I didn't buy this feeder for the camera function and kind of figured it was a gimmick, was I wrong. I have 3 cats and can never tell who is eating when the food drops unless I am in the room at the time. With the camera I can see who and how much each cat eats and send another serving if needed so everyone stays fed. It has saved me many trips from bed when I hear my large male cat digging in the cat food bag early morning. Just pull up the app and hit the feed button to appease him. The large size of the food hopper allows me to fill it once every week or 2 with 3 cats being fed. The stainless bowl helps with keeping things clean and germ free. The top lid stays secure so the cats can't get into it when unattended. So far it has dispensed on schedule and the correct portion every time.

Amazing product for a traveling family who loves their cats immensely. Its amazing to open up the camera, be able to talk to them, and then watch them eat. I can change the helping size as well. We have 2 cats and it has worked for us to leave them without a sitter. Small enough size that doesnt look overhwleming in our kitchen. Quality plastic that will hold up for a long time. Plugs into the wall so doesn't need a battery. Set up with ease.

Device works as it should, has auto/programmable feeding and also tap to feed feature. Compared to possible more expensive options, this one definitely is worth the pricing! Instructions are easy and clear to follow and set up the device. It's quite sturdy and the lid has a lock so not easy to open for pets. The moderate sizing is great proportionate to use and place just about anywhere. Cats might be a tad apprehensive at first, but they got used to it right away.

We use this outdoors (under a covered patio) and it’s been great so far. The app is a mixed bag and you need a subscription for several features, but overall it’s a good product, works well, and is a good value for money. Unless motion notifications are particularly important to you, this should work for most anyone. The camera’s view can be a little funny as it’s very close to the cat’s head, but I assume that’s true of most of these. Note that you’ll see a large silica packet inside the box. Don’t make the mistake I did and throw that away - you’re meant to place silica packets inside of a grated holder in the top to keep the stored food dry.

I absolutely love this product. The app is free to use and easy to set up. You can set up an unlimited amounts of feeding schedules throughout the day. No issues to report. Been using it for a month now.
