The pop filter is double layered and has a decently sized coverage area, the arm is sturdy but can be bent to adjust the positioning.It makes the sound a bit better but it won't completely eliminate pops.The only issue is that the claw grip was difficult to get onto a thicker desk, would be better if it was more adjustable.

I needed a new pop shield for my home recording studio as my old one is looking very old and tired (its at least 25 years old).this one has a small screw clamp to attach to the mic stand and a double skinned shield with a good gap between the skins...... this should help prevent the plosives and sibilants.Its very easy to move the goose neck into place and it stays where you put it.This is currently on sale at £11.99 and i think this is a great price for an important part of the recording studio.definite recommended buy +++AAA

A good size pop filter with quality sound filter, very easy to use and it stays where you put it! Padded clamp grips help to protect your furniture and lowers the risk of additional vibration. An essential tool for anyone looking to take their recording and filming to a professional level.

This pop filter does the job well enough, reducing plosive sounds, which in turn limits the the need for editing the audio afterwards.The filter is quite robust and the clip it comes with it strong.It is also a bit heavy, which might limit placement options dependently on your microphone stem.But I would only expect that to be a problem with very thin stems.It also can be clamped fine to a thin table, so to place the screen in from of a table top microphone.The price is reasonable at £11 and the item seems durable and it does not take too much space when stored.However the screen should be protected when stored in luggage becasue it is of course fragile.

I’m really surprised by this – for the price it’s absolutely fantastic quality – really sturdy, not flimsy at all. The gooseneck is just the right amount of “stays where you put it, but easy to move”. The last one of these I bought was similar quality, but cost four times as much, and I thought that was reasonable…! I’m definitely ordering more of these, as I think they are a bit of a bargain.

This is great. Its a good size, both the round filter part and the holder part, and it can be screwed into position at the edge of a desk. It feels really robust too. A good item. Helps to bring down distracting noises when I am voice-recording.
