This toilet worked perfectly for our needs. The extra height makes it nice for guests with mobility issues.

I purchased one of these toilets and was so impressed with the quality, that I purchased another for the other bathroom two weeks later. I did experience a small problem with the water control valve in one of the toilets, but it was resolved by contacting the vendor. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone!

This toilet is not at all as advertised. There is so little water ejected into the bowl that it does not flush any solid material that may be on the bowl. It requires the user to actually wipe the interior of the bowl by hand to remove some waste . As a 90 yr. old women with arthritic hands, I find the need to clean the toilet bowl almost after each use inexcusable .I would like to return it but it is already installed

I suppose if I am going to take the time to write a review, it might as well be on our new toilet. Whats so great about a toilet? It is tall enough so its easy on and easy off! We couldn't find an elongated tall toilet anywhere in our area...of course Amazon had it! Then it was delivered promptly, and right up on our porch.The toilet is nicely made, doesn't seem to have any flaws, and everything came with it. Which brings me to the toilet seat...its a mystery. The toilet seat has a strange little oval on it, that clicks like it is a switch or something. I thought perhaps it was a light to help "guide" anyone who wasn't sure where to aim in the night. It doesn't light up. I would give anything to know what this thing is for. Anyway, we love the new convenient toilet by Homlylink. Its 17 inches tall.

The media could not be loaded. This style went against every other decor we have in the new house, however, we wanted simple vs the other baths have smart toilets. It is very easy to follow the directions and assemble. The tank to base was not real clear, but just make sure to use the rubber washers on the tank, and on the base to keep water sealed out and still have the space between them. The wax seal went on easily, but took a couple of times to keep it stuck in the correct spot while lowering the toilet on to the closet bolts. The toilet seat is unique that it sits on pins. Make sure to keep the inserts loose so you can move and adjust them to the seat pin holes, then you can reach the screw to tighten both from the seat. I'm not thrilled about the chrome covers, as our decor is all matte black, but I'll be able to paint them black. I inadvertently bought a Pex A valve, so had to go back to the store and pick up a Pex B valve, easy enough and although it didn't come with a braided water hose I happen to have one. The flush is not as powerful as I was thinking it would be, but so far, the bowl seems to stay clean. The closet bolts are too long to cap, so still need to cut those, but not a big deal. The 19" is slightly above the 17" typical chair height toilet, so if you have short lower legs....., beware!
