These vitamins are wonderful! They help with digestive challenges. For me, I have a hard time digesting fatty foods and red meat (but still like to eat it). If I take these regularly, my body responds positively. On days I don't, I notice. The flavor is pleasant papaya. The gummies are soft and delightful. I don't mind them at all. I usually take 2 a day, but when I know I'll be eating something hard for me, or if I have heartburn or something else going on, I'll take them with every meal. I've ordered these several times now and even got some for my dad, who I inherited some of my issues from. He didn't complain so I take that as he doesn't hate them. It's cheaper if you buy two and definitely worth the price from my point of view. I like this brand now, thanks to my experience with these, and I've bought another type to try, a women's hair and nail blend. Can't wait! I've had good results with the digestive gummies. These have a fruity, citrusy taste, and I love the ingredients in this versus other papaya enzymes. Better value for my money, and better digestion overall. I follow the label instructions for this, and I really like it compared to others I have tried. I prefer the gummy to some of the hard chalky enzymes, the gummies are more effective, and taste better.

Definitely buying again, I have a thyroid issue an my bathroom trips shall I say we're not daily what so ever. Bit concerned, so I tried this an HOLY I'm more then once a day now an feel way less bloated. I have more energy ( if you have hypothyroidism, than you know ) I highly recommend these . The taste is actually very pleasant.

I ordered 2 bottles I was able to get 4 unstuck and they helped me but the rest of the gummies are all melted together. I tried to get them apart but they just keep breaking into pieces.
