I’m scratching my head as to why this has received some bad ratings. It really seems fine to me! On reading them, I noticed one person is apparently talking about a totally different product. Watch my unboxing video and you’ll see exactly what you get. I have not used this yet because I got it for future pet emergencies. (I like to be prepared for my fur babies and I do have an oxygen concentrator.) But honestly, everything looked fine. If I end up using this ever and have some observations (good or bad), I’ll try to remember to update this review with them. Until then though, I’ll give this 5 stars based on my first impressions.

This inhaler has no vent for the cat or small dog's exhaled air. It's not safely made, in my opinion. Besides, I could not find an pet oxygen tank that would connect with it, Not good overall!.

Is not that I didn’t like it but it wasn’t what I expected!

I run a dog rescue and over the years have had many dogs with upper respiratory infections, some leading to pneumonia and needing quite intense treatment. I bought an oxygen tent for nebulizing years back but it is a lot to set up .The face mask is great for getting oxygen or medications through nebulization directly into the lungs. The mask is a large as I generally have German Shepherds and large dogs, it doesn't fit great and does come right up under their eyes which causes them to not like it - I did try it on one of my German Shepherds. The end would be better if there was a way to secure it on the muzzle maybe a strap, but then in reality if a dog is needing oxygen or nebulizer therapy it is unlikely they are going to be fighting too much.

As one who spent over a decade dealing with in the field medical emergencies, I still have a complete kit of oxygen related equipment (D tank, masks, cannulas, tubing, etc.) ready for travel and off road adventures. I also carry a large "vet" kit to deal with a wide range of care my large breed companion may require. Until now, I haven't been able to have any efficient means to provide oxygen, if needed. No human face mask or cannula works well with a dog's anatomy. This changes that, and for little space and moderate cost, I now have capabilities I hope never to have to use.

I have a menagerie and have needed to give oxygen on several occasions. Human masks just don't fit well and I would end up holding just the hose next to the pet's face which would get more oxygen to the pet but it lost a lot of it to the open air. This mask fits med. to small dogs and I would say most cats quite well. It comes an attachment piece to fit onto an oxygen tank. This is a nice addition to a pet health kit.

As foster parents for an animal rescue, we often care for emergency rescue kittens, and ensuring their health can be quite challenging.
