Good afternoon, the cocoa honey nuggets MARLENKA are derived from the large MARLENKA Cocoa honey cake in terms the same dough is used, however the filling is little bit different to the filling of the large cocoa honey cake. Although, they are very nice indeed! Hope that helps.
