It made my new bike ride so horrible when I use it. I'm just gonna paddle into i get a decent one
Im guessing I got one that's defected. First my package got missing and came on a later day. I put it together and as i go it had a thumping feeling like its skipping. Either way its not suppose to do that. Have to return it. Seller want me to send pictures of something they need to feel on there own 🤦🏾♀️ we'll here you go

I got this for my dad and it took a little bit to figure out how to put it all together but he did finally figured out and he said it works great. ***Update, there was a part that stopped functioning correctly and the seller was kind enough to send us a replacement from one of their warehouses, no charge. THAT is a perfect example of good business ethics and I must admit restored a bit more of my faith in humanity! Thank you guys so much. Highly recommend!!!

Do not buy this!
NO BATTERY INCLUDED AND ZERO INFO REGARDING WHAT BATTERY IS NEEDED! CAVEAT EMPTOR! Now I am pondering returning it but realize that the high shipping charge will not be refunded, if a refund is even possible.

Wrong Sized Wheel Despite the listed size
Sent me the incorrect sized wheel despite the listing stating it's size. Really disappointed and all that for something so expensive.

Perfect for casual commuting
I converted my old bike for running errands around town. The 350W is plenty for flat ground and gentle hills. The LCD display is clear and the 5 speed settings are easy to switch. Front wheel install was simple. 35km/h top speed is just right for bike paths.
