Great barley drink with no caffeine.
Extremely healthy antiinflammatory barley tea with no caffeine. Drink this regularly. And the price is great! I have it hot and cold.

Best tea ever!
I love this tea. It's the first thing I take in the morning, and it keeps me full until lunchtime. It's the first tea I have ever had on an empty stomach, and it did not cause any upset stomach. I had tried decaf, but it never worked; this is the best tea ever. I highly recommend it. The teabags are big and can last you all day, so they're great value for money.

I do like my barley tea. Had this as a cold brew or a hot one. I like it hot better. I do sometimes drink a fair bit of barley tea, that considered this box has lasted me a while
