My sleep schedule has never been quite good. I have been known to always be up until 4 or 5am, and even up till 9am on some occasions. When I do finally try to sleep, it takes me 7-10 business days to actually fall asleep. I've tried melatonin, ashwagandha, you name it. Best I ever got was maybe falling asleep within 30-40 minutes with ashwagandha. These Hemp Gummies though... within 10 MINUTES I was incredibly drowsy when I was full of energy before, and I instantly felt relaxed and was able to sleep shortly after. I have now been able to regularly fall asleep at around 2-3am for about a week now (still bad but a huge improvement, mind you the day is usually done for me at around 1am), and I have woken up refreshed and excited to start the day. I don't know why I have never tried hemp gummies, but I gave these a try and I'm SO glad I did. I'm also thankful that they taste like fruit snacks (I was worried they'd taste like something else, but no, candy!). I am most definitely getting more of these when this 40 day supply runs out.

I like that the amount of hemp extract is listed on the ingredients. The flavor is good and this bottle included an equal number of grape, orange, strawberry and green apple flavors, unlike other gummies I sampled which predominantly had green apple and strawberry with very few grape and orange included. Made in USA was not printed anywhere on the bottle, the only indication of this was because there is a sticker affixed to the bottle. The main effect of these gummies is sleepiness about two hours after chewing and they may be a good sleep aide.

I was a little hesitant to order these gummies because I'm not really familiar with the taste of hemp and I've had experiences, like we all have, of pills / vitamins / meds being stinky and disgusting. At the same time I was intrigued by the idea of eating a THC-free gummy to help me relax to sleep. I'm both very surprised and quite happy to say that these gummies are DELICIOUS. I mean really, really tasty. There's nothing medicine-y about them, in fact they taste more like candy or, more specifically, fruit snacks. They've got the consistency of fruit snacks as well, just slightly rigid on the outside giving way to a nice squishy inside. They kind of remind me of gumdrops. I honestly wanted to eat more than the recommended two. Watch these around your kids!!!As for the relaxing effect, I think that these are pretty good for that too. I've been feeling relatively snoozy within an hour or so of taking them, though I've obviously been taking them closer to bedtime (if they have a strong effect I don't want it to be at any other time) so my own natural sleepiness surely plays a part in that as well. I'm middle-aged, of slightly above-average girth, and am not used to hemp / CBD exposure, so my own experience won't necessarily be the same as yours. If you're looking to try something that can help you relax, and you want something that tastes good, you could certainly do worse than these. I'm going to be a little disappointed when mine run out!

I’ve enjoyed the benefits of hemp as a gentle sleep aid, and these seem to do a good job in that regard.Taste good, reasonably priced, contain reasonable dosage of active ingredients. Recommended!

It's always a little tough to know if supplements are actually doing anything. I will assume these are. They taste good and I haven't had any adverse reactions to them. And hemp does not mean they make you high, thankfully.

Good tasting gummies. Taking a couple helps me relax in the evening, it's hard not to eat a bunch of them though!
