This is a great ice maker. We have loved having it every day. It's so nice to have all the ice you want anytime you want it.

The machine turns off with Error E2, this machine started to being use on March 15th 2026. But the ice machine was replaced in less than a week by the supplier, awesome warranty!

By the time we installed the ice maker in our new home, it was past the short return window, so we didn't find out how very noisy it was until it was too late. It's constantly running, even in the middle of the night. We tried to change the thickness of the cubes, but no matter what we did it didn't change. They are very thin and melt within minutes. We called and emailed the service department, but were told that they don't have a service technician department that could discuss our issues. They emailed us a list of things to try, but to no avail. We are very disappointed with our purchase.

I love this countertop ice maker. It makes ice at a great pace, isn't obnoxiously loud, looks nice on the countertop, and didn't break the bank. Even came with bags to store ice in if you're making it in bulk for a party! Great for cocktail parties or summertime beverages when company is over and you're fridge can't seem to keep up. Saves trips to the gas station or liquor store for bags of ice, and will save money in the long run. It's a product you might not think you need, but when you have one, you'll wonder how you went without it!

After a year of using my Ecozy ice maker, I recently had an issue with the ice scoop paddle hinge. After contacting customer service and sending some pictures of the problem. I was sent a replacement ice maker! How's that for customer service! My house guests love this ice maker. it's quiet, easy to clean and backed by the best customer service I've ever experienced. I definitely recommend this product.

Product arrived on time and dimensions fit description. However, machine arrived with dime sized dent in door.

Nice machine, pretty loud when making ice. Ice does not break into small cubes and has to be broken up to use.

I purchased this ice maker because the one I had bit the dust. This ice maker makes an incredible amount of ice. I have about 3 bags of ice in my freezer right now. The ice maker keeps the ice cold over night. Plus I love the fact it is self cleaning. This is a must buy!
