1 star because I can’t do 0. Honestly please save your money. I really tried to be optimistic and give it a chance regardless of some of the reviews. But the taste truly is awful. Instantly made me gag & went right in the trash. I only sprayed it once.

What the hell?
This is the nastiest product I have ever tried, it does not work, but what it does do is leave behind an awful taste. If you can stick to what you know will never buy this product again.

So this spray does work very well my girlfriend has a very bad gag reflex and with the spray it was almost 100% gone the numbing sensation does only last a short time and she said the taste was not awful the only complaint would be the numbing sensation lasting longer and if you're not a fan of drool it might not be a product for you because it definitely creates lots of extra saliva
