My husband complained about the smell as soon as I opened the bag to sample, but he’ll have to get over it. It’s delicious and I love the smell!

My initial sampling: Very good in terms of spice and texture. I was surprised though with the way the radish is diced. I'm accustomed to cubed radish rather than a "mash-mash" of sliced pieces. Overall, I'm pleased with this "hybrid kkakdugi". Arrived warm and transferred to a 1-quart glass container for overnight refrigeration. Was firmer this morning. Two pouches certainly filled the quart jar. I usually make radish kimchi myself and am pleased with this replacement.

Was not expecting how different these taste. I have been eating canned kimchi but this is another level. They are crunchy and kinda fizzy. The spice level is high, maybe 7/10, but not extreme. I will be trying other products from this seller.

What can I say? I'm addicted! The quality of this kimchi is top notch, the crunch is what keeps me coming back and the taste is spicy and delicious! I love to pair this with high protein meals and it has been my go to fermented food for gut health maintenance.

My naturopath recently added kimchi to my diet for the prebiotic benefits. I was skeptical at first but this bag offers a great healthy choice of kimchi for my diet. Highly recommend! Great flavor and a nice crisp crunch.
