A proper keyboard for people who actually type
I’ve been using this keyboard daily for about six months now, and as a software developer who spends most of the day typing, it’s been an absolute delight. I’ve already convinced three other people to buy one, which probably tells you everything you need to know. The typing feel is excellent – satisfying without being ridiculously loud. There’s still a bit of click to it, so keep that in mind if you work in a shared office. I use mine at home, and for that environment, it’s spot on. It’s also one of the few keyboards I could find that comes with a proper Apple layout, which was a big plus for me. The colour scheme might not be to everyone’s taste, but I actually really like it. If you do a lot of typing and want something that feels solid, looks great, and just works perfectly, this is a brilliant choice.

Dream keyboard
I'm in love with this keyboard, it's so easy to use, easy enough to set up. The key strokes are fluid and the key sounds are creamy, they make a subtle sound when you press on them. the RGB, adds a nice touch, with options to turn it on and turn it off, change what affect the RGB makes, while also having the option to be able to either increase or decrease its brightness, this keyboard is definitely worth the price, I love it !!!!!

Fantastic thock to get started in the enthusiast keyboard space
I once had a Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard. That is, until I spilled an entire mug of coffee over it which killed it dead on the spot. I spend a lot of time at my desk for work and play so spending a bit extra on a keyboard is a no brainer given how much I use it. After many hours or research, reading and wartching reviews, I whittled my replacement option down to this - and I'm glad I did. The keyboard feels amazing to type on. The keycaps are great quality with a nice feel, they look great, and ohh good lord - that thocky sound you hear from folk on YouTube? Yep, I totally get it now - it's a little addictive and so different to the clickity clackity of most 'gamer' mechanical keyboards. What's even better is this is just stock - if you realllllly wanted to get down and dirty with it, replacing the switches and caps and adding some foam or filler, then you could make it even thockier. I wasn't quite ready to go to a fully minimalist keyboard and get rid of the arrow keys as I do actually use them quite a lot, and don't like how they just merge into the rest of the keyboard on the 60-75% sizes. For me, 80% is the sweet spot and this does it beautifully. If arrow keys aren't a necessity for you, then have a look at the Keychron V1 as it may suit you more. Build quality is great. It's got a good heft to it, it feels absolutely solid with virtually no flex (or at least, none at the extent I'm willing to test the flex at!), and it's VIA compatible so you can change things via the usevia.app website - no 3rd party clunky apps required. My only downside with this (which is actually a massive pro in the enthusiast keyboard space!) is that the LED's are south facing which makes the RGB aspect not as impressive as Razer and other 'gamer' keyboards for instance. I admit, I do miss the vibrancy of those a little bit - but it's not a deal braker for me and as it's the only con, I'm willing to overlook it as the keyboard offers a superior typing experience and at the end of the day, that's really the main thing. CON: South-facing switches don’t offer as much RGB shine-through as north-facing switches PRO: South-facing switches don’t cause interference with Cherry profile keycaps PS. If you're still not convinced, check out HipyoTech on YouTube - he's raves about the Keychron V1, and the V2, V3 and other variants are effectively the exact same keyboard, just a different layout.

Great thocky keyboard
Great feeling keyboard. Nice and thocky. Everything feels solid and well made. Comes with all the expected accessories and connectivity options. The browser based configuration screen works really well. My only issue is the backlight is a bit useless without any transparent letters in the keys.

Nice keyboard but developed an issue
The 'e' started double typing on mine after 4 weeks. I submitted a support request to Keychron but I'm still waiting for a response two days later. Because I need this keyboard for work, I've had to go and find somewhere that has Jupiter bananas in stock and order replacements myself. I'm not sure if that will fix the issue. I guess issues do arise with mechanical keyboards, but customer support needs to be more responsive.

A great keyboard
Since I started working from home and typing all day I have gotten into mechanical keyboards and switches. I'm not so bad that I want to build my own but keychron offers some great variety at a reasonable price. This is my second keychron as my first still had the number pad but took out some of the spacing to reduce its size. This got quite annoying. I tried another brand of mechanical keyboards which was great apart from the lack of a uk layout. This one ticks several boxes for me. UK layout, a 2.4 G connection so it would be more responsive, smaller as I often have my keyboard on my lap and it has a the important function keys to the right that I use regularly. I was unsure about the switches at first but have come to enjoy the firm tactile feel wich was far more pronounced that brown switches. With them being hot swappable, I know I can switch them out if I fancy experimenting without having to buy a new keyboard. Battery life could be better but it's not a deal breaker and I just turn down the RGB. Build is solid but not as solid as more expensive brands. Happy to take that hit for keeping the price more reasonable. Over all, very happy with it.

Lovely keyboard
I had to reorder this keyboard because my first one was lost during shipping. The product itself is excellent and worth the price. The banana switches sound phenomenal with the double‑shot PBT caps.

Life Changing
This keyboard has completely changed my experience of using my computer. Typing on this is a dream, super nice light typing feeling with good tactile response. The smaller size of keyboard also frees up some desk space which is lovely. This keyboard looks great with many lighting options and a nice simplistic colour scheme. It also sounds very nice to type on with good clicking sounds. The only addition I would make is I purchased a wrist support which has proved a great addition to this already great keyboard.
