Day 5 and so far they are working. My little one is much calmer and for the first time slept in till almost 8! Hopefully it carries on working but for now I will say I am impressed and my child is usually very hyper and struggles to relax.

We are on day 7 ahe takes at 6.30 she is bouncing on the bed running around by 8.15. Her bedtime is 7.30. These dont work for suspected adhd/autism she is still asking me questions at 8.30pm??
