Tons of e-bike options out there, this is my first. I love it. Up until now, I’ve never even rode an e-bike. I just got back from my first ride. I rode this bike for a six mile round trip on city streets to my kids school and back. This thing has a lot of power. I managed to easily get it up to 27 mph. There are essentially five gears or “modes” (six if you count zero which offers no electric assist whatsoever.) so the higher the gear the faster the bike will travel. The bike offers pedal assist which caught me off guard at first but is actually quite useful once you learn how the bike performs. Basically pedal a bit and the motor kicks in, or use the throttle. I’m 230 lbs and I was flying. Brakes are solid, you can also adjust the traditional gears of the bike for ease of pedaling. Assembly: If you need help maneuvering the bike because it is definitely heafty, the paid assembly would be worth it. But for me, I chose to assemble myself. Took me just under an hour. Assembly was no problem. The bike included a nice set of Allen wrenches should you not have any. They’ll be good to keep with me when I’m on a ride just in case I need to make a tweak or two. I’m gonna double check the tire pressure before my next ride, but out of the box it seemed fine. Not sure if I’ll ever need to fold it, but the option is nice. The battery is easy to remove and bring in the house. Nice fat seat for good support unlike a lot of bikes with those thin-assed seats. The bike was packaged extremely well and shipping to Michigan took a week. I’d highly recommend this bike to anyone looking to get an e-bike.

My bike came 4 days earlier then expected. I was a bit nervous of what I was going to get but I was pleasantly surprised. The bike was so much better then expected. It took about 40 minutes to assemble only because I had no idea of what i was doing. The next one will take maybe 30 minutes. This thing looks so good and rides even better. It is fast but can stop fast too. The rear carrier was a must and worked out great. Some many good things I could say about this bike but I'll finish with. If you are looking for a bike in this price point I don't think you can go wrong with this one.

Great bike! Looks great, rides smooth, and had great battery life! After 500+ miles I’m still loving it! The orange color I picked out was very eye catching and attractive.

We ordered two bikes. These were our first electric bikes. We selected this brand after much research and reading reviews. We were not disappointed. They were shipped promptly and with verifiable tracking information. The bikes are heavy duty, well-designed, and solidly constructed. They were very well-packed to prevent any shipping damage. Assembly was straightforward and the instructions were easily followed. We found several of the assembly steps were already completed by the manufacturer before shipping. The first bike took about 45 minutes to assemble; the second about half that time. The batteries were partially charged and took two hours each to charge completely. As recommended, we started riding at a power level of 1 and in first gear. This was enough to get my 200+ pounds moving briskly slightly uphill without peddling, which is all we wanted for riding at state parks. We plan to take our bikes camping, and the folding feature is awesome, making it compact and simple to carry on our trailer rear rack. It does take two people to lift them safely due to the weight. Optionally, we can easily remove and carry the batteries separately to lessen the weight for loading. Each battery pack weighs just over 9 pounds. Batteries are key locked into place for security and are removable without folding the bike or removing the seat (like some other brands). The price for these bikes is competitive, but considering the quality and features (and Amazon rewards), they are an outstanding value. Our only suggestion for improvement is to offer wider seats for “heavier” riders. We strongly recommend this e-bike.

Easy assembly. I'm excited about it, but can’t give an honest review until the weather allows me to. So far it has been nice to ride. I'm most interested in battery life.

The biggest drawback is the throttle and acceleration tuning. The bike does not have a "smooth" start. Even with a tiny twist of the throttle, the bike "jumps" or surges forward aggressively. It feels very jerky and can be uncomfortable. Even if you ride at 5, 10 or 20 mph, moving the throttle a little bit is very uncomfortable, the ebike jumps very aggressive . I tried adjusting the internal settings to fix this. While you can use Setting P14 to lower the "Current Limit" (Amps) to reduce the overall power, it doesn't actually fix the jerky throttle response. Settings like P12 (Start Strength) only seem to affect the Pedal Assist (PAS), not the throttle itself. This seems to be a limitation of the controller programming.

Bike came somewhat preassembled which made it even faster to put together. Also the packaging was amazing I see time was taken to prevent damages. So far so good it looks better in person and the adjustments for height and angles give the rider so much room for comfort. I had an issue with the headlight not working, but the after sales team worked with me through the process, and got it resolved asap. I would recommend this bike to anyone. It will mostly be used as a pit bike. Took it to Barber motosports park and it made life way easier to get around for the three days I was there. I kept the power on level 5(max) and rarely used the pedals got about 40miles before I hit the low battery notch. This was going up hill a lot as well.
