excellent quality
I was pleasantly surprised to get mostly whole flowers in my shipment, and no foreign material whatsoever. The flowers themselves are great quality and make beautiful, royal blue tea. For those curious about the taste, it is mild and delicate, similar to fresh pea pods on its own. The sweet, grassy flavor plays exceptionally well with herbs, fruit, and florals, but can also be combined with green tea for a vivid teal cup. I made a blend for Christmas gifts consisting of these glorious petals, mint, tarragon, and freeze-dried blueberries and it was so beautiful in the jars and even prettier in the cup, brewing up a steely indigo blue. I am very impressed with the quality of this product and am looking forward to my next purchase.

Amazing blue color, love watching it change purple!
Amazing deep blue color! just a few blossoms will make a pint of intense blue liquid. I already used this in a Blueberry Hibiscus wine to deepen the color. I plan on using it in a batch of beer next. I also like using it in a simple syrup for craft cocktails. It's fun to just make a glass of tea with it and add a little lemon or lime juice to watch the color change to purple right in front of your eyes. Majic! No real aroma or taste, very neutral. I can't wait to see what else I can do with these things!

Fun to experiment
We bought it as part of a recipe for color-changing drinks. It was fun to play around with although none of the recipes worked exactly like they were written. If you want to have fun experimenting, it's not very expensive, but one bag didn't make very much tea for what the recipes called for. It seems to have lots of other uses, so worth trying if you have an interest.

Pretty but didn't taste right
It came on time and was what I ordered. It came out a beautiful blue but when I opened the bag they smelled musty and when I made the tea it didn't taste very good. I had some at a restaurant that I loved which is why I ordered this. I wanted to give it 3 stars but it's possible this is user error and I just don't know how to make it right.

Its awesome
I've not used it to make tea but have used it to impart color and additional flavor to vodka and gin. The flavor is a very light herbal note and the color is incredible. That said the greatest part about it was showing its ability to change color to my niece once it had been leeched into solution.

Fun Product
If you are in culinary, this is a fun product to play with. I read about these in one of my chef magazines and was enamored by the color rice it produces. It really works like this too. I plan on playing with it a lot to see what I can do with it. It doesn't really have a flavor that is noticeable to create any issues with a dish.

Bright and Blue!
Bought two packages because I wasn't sure how much I would need to make a fun blue/purple simple syrup for my bar, but as it turned out, I only used a few tablespoons to yield around 3 quarts of syrup. Flavor of the tea is faint, if even there, but I like having a neutral blue syrup for drinks anyway.

Mildly grassy and beautiful indigo tea!
The flavor is mildly grassy and not strong. A little of the dried flowers go a long way! I also use these to dye yogurt for smoothie bowls and icing! They make a beautiful deep blue color and taste nice with a bit of stevia . If you add lemon it actually turns a cool dark green!
