Absolutely rubbish, had a Dreame d10 which was amazing this has been broke for ages now, had to buy new water tanks, had it on credit so wanted an exchange or I’d lose the credit pay monthly and Amazon would not exchange

Absolutely amazing thing. I'm so glad I got it. Not too cheap but worth every penny. It helps me to cover up the house work while I can concentrate on my company.

Does a good job on carpets with the tricut brush that comes with it but having a German shephered I do notice that it's not as powerful as a upright vacuum. But set a schedule for each day and it maintains the carpet to a good level. Hard wood or tiles is where this robot shines, does a brilliant job vacuuming and mopping and you can really see the difference when it's done. It's obstical avoidance is spot on, not had it get stuck at all and the mapping is spot on and quick. The app is very customisable and surprising how many settings you can change. For routine cleaning of hard wood and tiles I use clean genius mode and it just auto decides how intensive the cleaning needs to be and re cleans automatically if it detects it was dirty. For the carpet I just manually set 1 vacume a day on max and it does a decent job. Youtube has some good setting tutorials if you search l40 ultra set up "just a dad" done a good in depth set up that helped me a lot. For the price point at the moment I think this is the best robot vacuum and mop you can get that has all the flagship features like mop extend, brush extend, auto re-mop, live camera view, obstical avoidance etc The only reason for 4 stars is I do think it should do a little better on carpet but the next one up would be at least 400 more and I just dont think you get that much more for the money.

Gamechanger.. Cleans well Lidar broke after 27 days...replacement coming hopefully will last longer

Two cats and two kids. This is my third and final robot hover in over 5 years. I first bought an average prime day deal in 2019 for my flat which worked a treat. Then moved to a house and purchased a shark for hovering and a karcher for the mopping as I have very shiny tiles in the kitchen. I couldn’t keep up with all the floor traffic from the front door to the back door. Then kids/cats would trample through as I had finished mopping and the floor was still wet…… I tried a robot mop after a while and it was still a loosing battle then my friend recommended this. Oh my, i bought it in March 2024 and I’ve not used my hover or mop since. My floor is clean and shiny always and even when the ex-mother in law tried to pop her head in my house she thought there was a flood in the kitchen as the mop had cleaned it so well. Not that my ex-husband ever cleaned the floors but it’s seriously a better replacement 🤣😂

Just buy this it’s amazing

Awful product, never cleans or mops properly. Constantly getting lost, it's total garbage
