Great Display - finally!
I have been looking for a way to display my belts and swords that does not look like it came off of a bargain cart from the warf! Now my only concern is people that spend too much time staring and not enough time training! Sturdy, well built and easy to put together. I have no fear of this falling apart from the weight of the swords or attaching to the wall. I used 50lbs molly bolts just to be sure in place of the screws that came with it. But that is me, overkill! This is a very nice piece of furniture, nothing cheap about it.

LOOK AT THE PICTURES ON THE PRODUCT PAGE.
I don't write very many reviews but I felt like there were a few things that needed to be stated about this sword holder, both good and bad. I didn't receive any instructions with this display rack. The good part is that there are enough pictures on the product page that you can build this by just looking at the picts. First of all, the center piece of the rack had a partial circle cutout in it. If you will look at the picts you'll notice that the cutout is at the bottom of the center piece. So if your rack has the cutout at the top you've built it upside down. Also notice that the center piece is at the top of the rack. So if your center piece is in the center of the rack you've built the rack wrong. It makes a huge difference. Next, if when you put your swords in the display rack it covers up the center display piece (the lions head) then you've built your rack wrong. I've attached two pictures to help you understand what I'm writing. You will notice that the center display piece is not covered up by any of the swords. One pict is off a step stool and the other is from the floor view. When built properly this rack is awesome. I did have a couple issues with this rack. First, if you just put your swords in it the way it is you'll notice that the top two swords are very close and the center and bottom sword are far apart. It doesn't look totally symmetrical like in the product images. I had some pieces of black hard foam left over from a gun box I had built. I used it to shim the top and bottom swords so that it all looked symmetrical and evenly spaced. I used gel super glue to glue them in place once I had the right pieces to accomplish my goal. The last thing is the hardware they give you to mount this rack is total junk. There was no way I was trusting my swords to the hardware in the package. I went to Home Depot and purchased some self drilling sheetrock anchors. You can order them here on Amazon too for about $6. You could mount a pull up bar with these things and the sheetrock will come off the studs before the anchors will come lout of the sheetrock. I was an electrical contractor for 36 years and I've used these things to mount heavy equipment and never had an issue. So if you're having any difficulties with this rack, go to the product pictures and examine them. It will show you exactly how things should look. For the price this is an awesome product. Hope that helps someone.

Terrible product. It’s supposed to hold swords. Breaks upon contact with carpeted floor at 5 feet.
Well, dropped it from five feet. Yes, my fault. I shouldn’t be trying to set it up by myself, but that said, given that this thing is supposed to hold swords, one would think it should be a little stronger than a five foot drop onto carpet absolutely destroying it. I am most normally an advocate of you get what you pay for. Don’t pay for this. This is garbage.
