I Absolutely Recommend!
I love this book! I exercise regularly and Caroline's Week 1 Day 1 circuit workout did me in! I did use weights and did three rounds of each circuit. There is also so much information for women! I definitely recommend!!

Love love love this book!!
I love this book!!! A literal road map to working out!!!! When you may not know where and how to start or how to break up workouts from upper body to lower or HIIT this tells you exactly when and how! I actually look forward to working out bc of this book guiding me through. Recipes are a wonderful bonus! It does start out at a beginner level and increases intensity. You can always modify according to your level. Love it so much!!

Huge disappointment and waste of money
I already followed her on Instagram and felt that this book is not necessary if you follow her-the book is beautiful but other then that,the excercises are way too basic for me-I’m 58 and have been working out since I was a Teen-the circuits shown in book are beginner level and no variety and the recipes are too fancy and was hoping they would be for one person since I’d be the only one eating them-I preordered this in December and already have it boxed up to ship back

Amazing wellness book!
Such a great book for anyone wanting to change their body composition. I’m 45 and I’ve gained some midlife weight. I’ve followed Caroline on Instagram, and I like her workouts. This book is great- Full of useful information, 6 weeks of workouts with photos that are easy to follow, and 80 pages of recipes for all meals. It’s a beautiful and well designed book- one of the best wellness and healthy lifestyle books I’ve come across. Highly recommend!

Great book!
Great book. When I don’t want to be online/off my phone, I can open her book and do a workout with easy to follow photos. The workouts are simple 6 week routine to get you going, you can always increase weights or do more reps. The nutritional tips are wonderful, I enjoy learning recipes that are different than my everyday “go to”. Above all- I love Carol’s positive attitude in mid-life, it’s beautiful.

A must read for all women, regardless of age! Perfect for all who are looking to improve their exercise routine and eating habits! From cover to cover Caroline gives specific workout routines coupled with the nutrition knowledge all of us find so elusive. Readers will enjoy inspirational photos of the workouts and the stunning photos of the easy to follow recipes. I am going to try the tofu and pineapple stir-fry tonight!

A Fabulous Book
An excellent book with clear instruction and beautiful illustrations. The author is someone I’ve followed on Instagram and I’m glad to have her book as a supplement to my exercise regimen.
