I was pleasantly surprised to find that these drinks gave me the energy I was looking for WITHOUT the jitters that I'm NOT looking for. FYI for buyers: these thankfully do NOT have beta alanine so they won't make you itch like crazy like the regular C4 drinks do. If you're wanting that itchy feeling then buy the c4 that has it. These don't, and that's why they're amazing!
