The ampoule breaker works really well after you scorn a line in the ampoule and use the breaker part of the tool to finish the job. A++ great tool for the money

First time receiving ampoules for skincare products and had no idea how to open them. I first rotated the ampoule around the grinding wheel. Then inserted the ampoule into the appropriately sized hole and snapped the top off. The tops did not snap off in a straight line though, despite using the grinding wheel. I tested this on two ampoules and same results for both so not sure the grinding wheel actually does anything. Still, this tool kept my hands safe from any glass shards so giving this a 5-star review.
