Good blend of EAA and BCAA
Nice blend. I take half of the recommended dose with Gelatin and Collagen smoothy in the morning and the other half at night with kefir. To the best of my understanding this blend will help you cover what collagen is missing in EAAs and BCAAs. That is what I am attempting to do. Price is good, quantity is good. Hopefully it is what they say it is.

Great price
I stopped taking them as i noticed a negative change in my mood which i found out is expected with bcaa tablets (i guess that means the body absorbs and processes them), other than that I think the body builder brand is great and really doing athletes a great service. So cheap but great quality products imo.
