I didn't have much hope to begin with when I was that the light was so cheap. But I thought maybe it'll work for this puja and then I'll throw it way... But the hassle that they put me through for one light... I didn't expect that and I am one of those people who thinks both offline and online shopping have their share of plus and minus.Anyway, the first time it arrived, the wire was lose, it didn't turn on at all. So, I selected exchange. Big mistake. The second time it arrived, I plugged it in and I got electrocuted mildly because my hand was near its cut wire. Even then most of the light weren't turning on. The switch to change its mode was broken. Then I gave up and I hit refund or return.The hassle didn't stop. They didn't mentioned the number of the delivery agent who will pick it up. They just gave me a date and a time from 10 am - 7 pm, basically the whole day, and they'll grace us to pick up their faulty item for the second time. We couldn't even ask them when they will come. So... yeahHappy Diwali...
